Subway — Restaurant in Jefferson

When I bit into my sandwich that was made on 5-4-2023 @ 10:11 am, I QUICKLY REALIZED THAT THERE WAS A CHEAP PRESS ON FAKE NAIL IN MY FOOD. it was in my sandwich, and then IN MY MOUTH!!!! When I called the store to complain I had to call a total of 6 times back-to-back before anyone answered. It was close to closing time, but not closed yet. As someone who has been in the service industry for almost 20 years, this never should have happened in the first place. FALSE NAILS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANYONE HANDLING FOOD, IT IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. however, if the owner/manager decides to allow their employees to violate that health code, the person still obviously WAS NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES!!! I also know that even if you may not feel like it, should you get that last minute customer or last minute call right before closing... YOU STILL SERVE THAT CUSTOMER AND/OR ANSWER THAT CALL. this whole experience was disgusting. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. So me and my daughter had went in today bout 2:45 or so and my italian herb and cheese bread was under cooked the bread was very much still doughy. I called the manager and talked to Tracy Waldin and was no help at all. told me to bring the sandwich back which I explained was an impossible for me at the moment. And i told her id be willing to email photos or a video even and she would still not help. I am a person who works in the food industry and one thing I do know is to make the customer happy and make it right. She did not care and basically told me there was nothing she could do. so now I am out of money and out of a sandwich I can not eat. If i was anybody eating there I would double check to make sure you didnt recieve under cooked bread. I will not be goin back for the simple fact she was im no way understanding...

The people working at this particular location have ZERO CLUE how to make a sandwich and have terrible attitudes and sloppy... I don’t eat there often, but when I do, there is more bread on the sandwich than meat and extras together.. I ordered a meatball sub this last time. A ft long with mozzarella cheese toasted. When she pulled it out of the toaster, mind you these meatballs are the size of a 25 cent machine bouncy ball, she had the meatballs lined up on the bread with the mozzarella cheese on top..
