Had to change my review as of 12/30/24 from 4 stars to 1. It’s like this location try’s to rip you off. My hash brown is inedible and disgusting. Asked for extra sauce and got a tiny drop of sauce on my breakfast bagels. Good luck trying to get a refund. What a joke! This is why I don’t fast food much anymore. It’s a complete rip off. What are all these incompetent workers going to do when these places get shut down because people stop going and they’re out of work!?
It’s McDonald’s. I got the fish and fry’s. It’s basically my only option since I’m pescatarian. Fries were hot and fresh fish the same. I feel the filet has shrunk from the past but that seems to be everything everywhere so not the locations fault. I used the mobile app so my meal was only $5, I suggest utilizing apps when going out. Have to laugh at most of the one star reviews on here. Y’all customers need to learn how to behave. None stop complaining left and right! The nasty bathrooms for instance, whose fault is that?! Certainly not the employees. It’s the nasty customers! The trash everywhere is also the nasty customers! The dirty tables, you guessed it! Yet again it’s the customers! How is the staff going to make fresh decent food, take orders, keep things running when they have to clean up after disgusting adults who don’t know how to act in public anymore! Get it together and stop making these peoples jobs harder than they need to be. Trash goes in the can. Toilet paper goes in the toilet, not all over the floors. ETA: Just visited this McDonald's again for some stupid reason. Pulled up to a completely empty drive thru and was asked to hold on. Cars continued to pull up to the other drive thru line and have their order taken while I was still sitting. After more than 10 minutes, I just pulled ahead. Still had to wait in the line for 10 more minutes before I made it to the first window. Got to the window and explained to the guy that I hadn't ordered because I had just been sitting there waiting while they took everyone else's orders. No apology for my wait or anything, just said, "Kay. What do you want?" So, I ordered my food, they didn't have any sweet tea so I got something else. Finally got to the second window to see all of the employees just standing around cutting up and chit chatting. When the girl finally opened the window, she gave me the wrong order. She took the food back (which I thought they weren't supposed to do, but whatever) and then I had to wait for 5 more minutes while she got me the correct food. I will not be returning to this McDonald's. I can drive to Commerce and get the correct food in less time than it takes to go to this McDonald's that is less than 5 minutes from my house. Seriously. I will be contacting the corporate offices tomorrow to make a formal complaint. Although, I'm not sure that it will make any difference as this McDonald's clearly does not read their Google reviews and try to improve...
Read moreI live near this McDonald's and I will not spend any more of my money at this place. The owners of this establishment need to focus on training their employees especially in the drive thru. Tonight, I pulled up to the window and the girl asked what I ordered and when I told her, she looked puzzled. I asked if my order was lost and she said yes. What she didn't know is that I witnessed them trying to hand my drinks to the car in front of me and they refused them because clearly that's not what they ordered. They asked if I would pull up and they would bring my order out to me. I refused to do that because just 2 weeks ago they asked me to pull up and I did as they asked, but after 6 cars behind me had gone through, I realized that they had forgotten that I had pulled up. I got out of my car and went inside to get my order. They apologized and admitted that they gave my order to someone else. I appreciate the apology but it happens way too much here. What sealed it for me tonight is when I refused to pull up, a lady who appeared to be the manager came to the window and with an attitude said that the order would be ready in about a minute or so. I told her I would wait. She clearly didn't like my refusal to pull forward and amazingly she handed the order to me in less than a minute and then told me to have a nice night and slammed the window in my face.
