worst experience ever . i placed a mobile order at 9:55pm , got to the drive thru at 10:04pm . there are about 4 cars ahead of us and a decent amount behind us , we finally get to the window and the girl Syntoria tells us to pull up the waiting window without even giving us our drinks but we pull up anyway . after waiting about 15 minutes and seeing all the cars behind get their food and driving away my boyfriend and i are starting to get a little upset , i ordered 2 burgers , 2 fries , and 2 pops … not a huge order . we are STILL waiting after 30 minutes and that’s when we start getting irritated . finally after 40 minutes of waiting and us being the ONLY CAR FOR 20 MINUTES , we go to pull around the drive thru again and ask where our food is , we get to the front of the store and 2 male workers are sitting on the curb and Syntoria and another female working are sitting in a car , all smoking . we ask the 2 male workers like “hey we been waiting for 40 minutes where’s our food?” Syntoria starts yelling at the male worker asking who we are and my boyfriend leans out the car and says “do we have a problem ? i’m just asking where my food is ?” Syntoria then proceeds to call my boyfriend the N word asking who he thinks he’s talking to and calling us weird for acting crazy over food . the 2 males at this point tell us they made our food already and are going to go check why we haven’t gotten it . Syntoria and the other female worker follow them inside as well and the one worker comes out and tells us to pull around , at this point i tell her “i’m on the phone with my sister and i asked her if i could demand a refund and she told me to ask the manager on duty (Rita)” the worker tells me to pull around to the window and discuss it there . at this point it’s been 50 minutes of us waiting . we get to the window and as soon as we pull up we hear Rita yelling “(my sisters name) HAS NO RIGHT TO TELL HER SHE CAN GET A REFUND” my sister not once said i can get one , she said i can ask for one . Rita , Syntoris and the other female worker CONTINUE to bad mouth us while my boyfriend and i can hear them as we are literally sitting at the drive thru window and they’re standing right there . at this point we decide to leave . i left with NO FOOD and NO REFUND . i feel extremely disrespected with how i was treated , especially with Syntoria calling my boyfriend slurs and calling us crazy and weird and other things . is this your guys definition of “professionalism” and...

We didn’t touch the food because we realized it was the wrong order. We had ordered two $5 meal deals with no sauce but received only one meal deal—with sauce. Additionally, the burger came with onions, even though my cousin specifically didn’t want them. When we asked for a refund for the missing $5 meal deal, they refused and gave us a bad attitude. I was with my cousin when this happened. It was 11:00 AM on March 9th, 2025, and we were the first to get lunch there. The person who took our order looked like it was her first day on the job. We just wanted our money back, but since we weren’t refunded, we had to eat the food, and if we were refunded, we would just have pizza. I typically order through the drive thru - however I decided to go in and order- and WOW 😦! The employees were unkept - blue jeans with holes - handling food with no gloves - reaching down into the bags of food that are on the bin to go out to the customer without 🧤 gloves. The manager then blows her nose in a napkin in front of everyone and doesn't bother to wash her hands, she just goes back to handling food. I know she was a manager because she was wearing a burgundy shirt and everyone else was wearing black shirts. Workers didn't even have their hair pulled back. I am a retired teacher but l have worked around food before becoming a teacher and I know that everything l saw at this McDonald's was not anywhere near standard! If I would of had the authority, I would have shut them down that night. I will never order...
