If I could give the service a zero I would. If you read my reviews you know I try not to leave bad reviews because I feel like most people only leave bad reviews. I don't expect much from major fast food places in general but this was the worst service with an absolute worst attitude and then messed up my food and DRINK when I actually said something. I went through the drive thru. I didn't order much only two things total and both were messed up. I ordered a fosticinno with chocolate. The attitude while taking the order was like it was a giant inconvenience to her to actually take the order. Then when I got around to the window I sat there long enough to watch her pour white frosty into my cup. I said that was supposed to be chocolate (in the nicest tone possible -my mom always says be the nicest to the rudest) she puffs like loud and annoyed puffs and says it is chocolate. I know I watched her pour the white mix in. So I just say ok whatever. I ask for a receipt I figured I will fill out the survey thing and the printer is broke for the drive thru. (Whatever) I get back to work and my sandwich is messed up. I mean really how hard is a sausage egg and cheese biscuit on a premium bum? Well for this store apparently very. So I call and ask who the person working the drive thru is and I know it's the same lady. She hesitates a long pause and says Delicate is her name. Do I believe that absolutely not but since I didn't get a receipt and the lady was clearly management by her outfit then this is the only place to have my review. So NO I don't recommend this place. This is not my first time with issues here but when you work in a community where you options are McDonald's, Bojangles, and Burger King then you pretty much tossing a coin for which bad...
Read moreService was the slowest we have had in years from any place, and they were not busy with the number of employees they had behind the counter. Fries came out luke warm. Drive-up was a little busy. We had 3 orders waiting ahead of us in the dining room. One employee sitting on the countertop, to the right, behind the wall, that the customers could see. She was sitting there eating and passing the bag to another person back there and joking around. The individual making the sandwiches needed buns and calling for them from others, with no one getting them. Finally, after about 3 or 4 minutes, someone that was running around in the back, in front of all of us, got one bag of buns and passed them over. No fries dropped as additional customers coming in. They had enough employees to handle the drive-up window and the sales counter inside, but everyone could see 3 actually working, of the 6 or 7, and food orders backing up. Our sandwiches were finally ready and sat on the ledge for a few minutes before the guy trying to take orders and make the trays/bags for everyone was able to get them on the tray for us. The one running the frys had nothing dropped. I could go on but will stop here.

Read morehorrible service 😬 placed a mobile order and the inside was locked. pulled thru the drive thru to get the mobile order and they refused to hand it to me in drive thru. there was no one in front or behind me. tried to understand, i work in fast food and understand to an extent. tried to go inside to grab the order and all the doors were locked. the only nice person there was the kid sweeping the lobby who opened the door for me and apologized that the other employees made us come in. called wendy’s afterwards because my food was also wrong, even told the manager i didn’t want it replaced i just wanted her employees to learn to be more respectful and idk maybe not lock the door if i’m supposed to come inside. when i called to speak to the manager she also told me i was wrong and the doors were not locked 😂😂 like i didn’t wait for an employee to come open the door for me. 0/10 experience, understand it’s fast food but get over yourself or get a different job if you’re going to be that rude...
