Hey queens, this business was not open during the hours they claimed to be. We checked the website and hours before leaving and when we arrived at 4:15 (an hour and 15 minutes after opening) the lights were off, the door was locked, and there was nobody inside. If i could give 0 stars i would. For starters maybe dont have a new guy closing who knows absolutely nothing. Cant find anything. Spent 10 mins trying to talk him thru the steps of how to make a shake. For him to still not understand to have to call another employee to the store to show him how. Then try and charge $13 bucks for it after he basically drowned it in milk and it was pure runny. Train your staff better. Side note who trys to close...

I was so excited to try the vegan cookie dough and was thoroughly disappointed when it was barely edible. The texture of it felt as if I were eating bits of sandpaper. The grit in each bite was unbearably gross. My boyfriend got the mint chocolate chip and it was so bad that he was only three bites in before he threw it away.
