Air! I don't know how I feel about walking into a place in 85 degree weather with three garage doors open and the air conditioner on. Maybe it's just me but that stuff bothers me. I found the pizza to be very very salty I found the hot brown grinder to be salty. And my husband loves salt, so it wasn't just me. The girl that waited on me was really really too busy to deal with me ,she was busy talking to a server and then she was busy latching on to a young man that came in and she was so happy he was working that night. The dining area just looked like, I'm not sure how to put this, a cheap and inexpensive restaurant. But with purchasing a small pizza and of course I wasn't quite sure what I was purchasing because I couldn't find it on their website. I got a four meat pizza for $16 my husband got a half a grinder hot brown and a half of a caesar salad. These three items cost us $34 and change. Truthfully we both found the items to be really salty and I just unfortunately cannot see us going back. I have had a lot of clients ask me have you been there and I've said no but now I have, and I'm done. I pass hometown Pizza on the interstate as I go home and I would really rather have that. Anyway that's just my thoughts. But to the people that maintain their website please please let people know what their purchasing. I don't like ordering something and I don't know what I'm getting. I think at some point the people need to go to their website and try to think of themselves as a consumer that does not know what their purchasing. Because I felt like we just bought stuff at random. Anyway, after being in jeffersontown for 36 years I really think about this stuff before I post anything. So, these are just my thoughts.

Thank you so much,...

Ok so this was our first visit to Parlour Pizza amd will most likely be our last. We sat at the bar, thr service there was excellent. All three bartenders were pleasant and helpful. We ordered drinks and apps and they came out relatively quickly. Then we ordered 1 pizza to go. Nothing crazy just cheese and Pepperoni. After 45 minutes of waiting, all the while the bartenders kept checking on it and asking if we wanted drinks, I decided to ask for thr manager. A young woman came over amd said are you looking for the manager, I said yes. I asked if she was the manager which she stated yes. Olivia's attitude was terrible! We explained what was going on and we just wanted our pizza, she said ticket times were running 45 minutes. I said that's unacceptable, we just ordered 1 pizza. She then preceeded to offer us another pizza, we still hadn't gotten our original. I finally said I want my money back. She took our receipt and went to the back for about 12 min. Still no pizza....brings us our receipt and said she took the pizza off. She did take some more off but at that point she should have just refunded the entire bill. After 1 hour plus of waiting for 1 pizza, we left without thr pizza. Many people had orders that were wrong or were taking far too long to come out. I have worked in the industry for about 10 years and let me say none of the managers there should be managers. When the kitchen gets backed up like that go back and help them out. Have your staff tell people up front the kitchen is behind. Do more than give an insincere apology and have your customers walk...

VERY disappointed this evening! We had a going away party planned and made sure that we arrived about 30 minutes early than we planned, so we could make sure that we weren't going to be an inconvenience to the restaurant. We were told it would be about 40-45 minutes, because we asked for patio since I had my dog with me. After around that exact time frame, a group ended up leaving. The problem then became that they took a long time to clear the tables! The worst part is, after they started to clear the tables, a family just walked up and sat down at the tables!! My wife ended up having to go to the desk to ask what was going on and we had to watch the staff "discuss" who was going to address the situation! It took another 10 minutes before they finally got the people to move and allowed us to sit. The worst part about this is that the ENTIRE time we have been sitting, we have NOT seen a single manager come and check on the situation or make sure that the service has/had been okay! We had several opportunities, but apparently the management working this evening could care less! As I said I had my dog and normally they would offer a water bowl for the dog as well, but THANKFULLY, I made sure to bring water because they didn't care in the slightest today!! I have had a good experience before and will give them another chance, but I am VERY...

Let's start with the good: this is probably the best pizza in and around J-Town. The pizza is superb, the salads are delicious, and the bread sticks are top notch. I highly recommend the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza. Now the not so good: the service was just okay. Our server was awesome, but he had to ask the bar for my drink three times. We got someone else's pizza, and while they told us to keep it, we had to wait for our own. Also the price... There's pizza just as good at places like Impellizeri's for a lot cheaper. It isn't outrageously expensive, but it was definitely enough to make me look twice. Between my wife and I, it was $80 including a tip. We got one cocktail, bread sticks as an appetizer, a salad, and two 10" pizzas. Again, not super crazy, but not the cheapest option. At the time of this review, PARLOUR in J-Town has only been open for a little over a week. I'd like to go back when they've had a chance to work out the kinks.

Baby, when I tell you we really ENJOYED our time here! My 2 aunts, cousin, and I met up, as this recently changed over from Chubby Ray's. The food was AMAZING! The service was GREAT! We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere! We went on the BEST night! There was a raffle that we weren't aware of. You had winnings of the following... Beer fest tickets, 25/100 gift cards to the Palor, and hats. Both of my aunts won! One one a gift card and the other a hat! The servers constantly and randomly handed us tickets to keep us in the game! Not just us, but others as well. Everyone was really nice ! Honey, we will be returning!!

Date night at the Parlour was a good choice. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and on top of her game. We decided to get all 3 sauces with the breadsticks; we had different favorites. The hubby thought the cheese sauce was surprisingly good. We both got a calzone and they did not disappoint. The place has a fun atmosphere. They were pretty busy for a Thursday night but service was still excellent. We’ll go back for sure.
