Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

I actually drove 30 minutes out of my way to specifically stop in here for my very first visit at a Dunkin Donuts. I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted immediately. It went downhill from there. My daughter had been looking forward to trying out the Blue Raspberry Coolata, so that was the first item I ordered. The "boy" said- we are out of the Blue Raspberry. So I checked with my daughter and she agreed she would try the Strawberry. I order the Strawberry instead. The "boy" said - we are out of Strawberry. A bit irritated that he couldn't have told me they were out of both flavors in the beginning, I ordered the Vanilla for her. I then proceeded to order for my husband. He wanted a regular frosted cake donut. The "boy" says- you want a cake donut? Um, yes, that is what I said. He then says- chocolate? I said, no just a regular, frosted cake donut. He then says, unfrosted? I said- NO I ORDERED A FROSTED DONUT. At this point he seemed to be playing games with me and I was really irritated. It was very clear that it was a joke to him. My family and I were so disappointed and irritated, at this point I just drove off. As we drove by the drive thru window- a white boy with tattoos all over him and a gold chain necklace was staring out the window with a big smile on his face. I'll never return to this establishment and will be sure to inform other people I know to avoid it as well. Since they like messing around with you, I'd hate to even eat the food or drink the beverages for fear that they would spit or sabotage them. Very sad. The boy honestly needs fired. He knew what he was doing. I'll be sure to call the manager today as well...

I wish I could give this place a negative 10 everything was awful. From it not having no Donuts in the morning to had to wait on my cup of coffee for 10 minutes and no one was in line. people was hanging out and employees with customers I don't know who work there and who didn't. everyone was sloppy dressing even the manager was not well put put-together. if it's a donut shop why do they never have any donuts how am I supposed to dunk my donut in my coffee and I only have coffee where's my donut... And they couldn't give me a reason why they was out of donuts .smh but this is a donuts shop right? they're open all hours so you just come to this place to get coffee? it should be called coffee chill spot.. there was eight people behind the register chilln out and talkn .and I waited for 10 minutes for anyone ever even looked up to ask me do I need anything. The whole damn staff everyone who works there 1st shift 2nd shift 3rd Shift I don't care everyone needs to be retrained all over again this is awful !!!I would never come back to any Dunkin Donuts !!!! I've never been mad enough to write a negative review, because I understand bad days, but this was so much more. Extremely rude and awful service. Rude cashier, Genesis, got our order wrong on screen. Not very many doughnuts out, and every single rack of them was in the wrong labelled area. Not busy, waited 10 minutes for our small order. While waiting we ate our two creme filled doughnuts, both overstuffed and the creme fell out the bottoms onto our hand first bite. Hot coffee tasted like it was the second time brew, not fresh at all, and they put a half inch of sugar on the bottom of my COLD coffee. They put my crossiant sandwich on a bagel, kindly told them it was on a crossiant, She made me the bread and handed me JUST the bread. Couldn't make my own sandwich because my cheese has melted on the bagel with my bacon. Asked for one of our drinks multiple times, an ice tea, finally got it after most of our meal was done. There's patches all over the walls, and when I pushed in my chair part of the wall FELL...
