So, I’ve taken my daughter to this location 4 times in the last 2 weeks. The first time was with my wife, and she was driving, and used her app. The person walking in the drive-through, taking orders, asked her about a tip at the end, and gave her the option to choose if she wanted to or not. The next three different times I took my daughter on my own and paid cash. My daughter ordered the same drink every time we went, and the total was different everytime we went. The last time on a $5.65 drink, my total was $7.45 or so when it should have been closer to $6. I asked the girl at the register, and she couldn’t explain why the total was so different every time I went. She told me she would change it if she could, but couldn’t explain why there was so much more being charged. I should have just asked for a receipt, but she was not offering one either. I believe they are adding tips to every order that comes through their drive-through. Imagine the type of money you could make, on a dollar or two per car that drives through. I have no problem tipping, but give me the option to tip. Don’t automatically try to sneak it in. That’s bad business and I won’t be back. Watch your orders. Read moreToday was the last time. When this location first opened it was FANTASTIC they were operating like Chick-fil-A with people out taking orders and bringing out drinks to other cars. It was so smooth and so fast but they don’t do that anymore. It has gone so far down hill since they first opened. I just got this freeze with the coffee ALL over it and this is after waiting 20+ minutes to even order. I would have left if I could. Any time I go to Dutch Bros it’s at least a 20 minute wait. The girl that came out to take my order informed me there there were only 2 employees there. It was 7:15. Why are there only 2 employees when the shop doesn’t close until 10? Tonight when I went there were only 4 cars in line. It shouldn’t take 20+ minutes for that. I love how the coffee taste and how much you get for the price but this is going to my last time going. I’m tired of feeling like I can’t get coffee before or after doing things because they take way too long. Read moreI've been to this location multiple times. It gets worse every time. I always walk up. This time I waited to order for over 10 minutes. There were 2 cars total in the drive up when I walked up. 4 workers were in the building. One was actually working. After I ordered 4 more cars came into the drive thru. 23 MINUTES AFTER ORDERING I was able to get someone's attention to ask where my drink was. The drive thru was complete EMPTY at this point and my drink wasn't prepared. I inquired as to why and they said the espresso machine was having issues....apparently not the kind of issues that keep you from making drinks for everyone who goes through the drive thru. No apology, lame excuse. Don't have half an hour to wait for 1 latte. I was told this is "normal" amount of time to wait during the dead part of the afternoon. I'll drive out of my way to avoid...
