I admit that I frequent this Starbucks often! It’s not the closest to my house but it’s the fastest and most friendly! 💛💛 As a business owner, I wonder why their customer experience is so different (in a good way) than other Starbucks? Yesterday, I was in a hurry to get out of town- but I wanted my Venti Chai Tea Latte first. I pulled up to 7 cars in the drive through. Typically seven cars would not take that long but I didn’t feel my schedule could chance it and I could see that no one was inside at the counter so I parked (unusual for me) and went in. Of course, I got a super friendly high energy greeting at 6:45am on a Friday morning- they took my order and had it ready for me in record time. I was back in my car in 3 minutes excited that I made the decision to go in and CERTAIN that I would have beat the drive through line (you know, cuz it’s a race!). What caught me off guard is that the person I would have been behind in the drive through line, that black suburban, was pulling out right ahead of me! What?! How did that happen. I looked back and the drive through line was now empty! 7 cars ordered and got through the drive thru line before me! They were on their A game for sure! Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks, starting with my interaction with Stevie at the drive-thru window. Stevie displayed a very poor attitude, which is unacceptable for someone in a customer service role. She was impatient and didn't listen properly to my order, causing me to call out to her several times to get her attention, despite the store not being busy.
I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The sandwich was not warmed properly, resulting in a bite of a solid chunk of butter or cheese. When I approached the window to address the issue, I was met with more attitude from Stevie, making the situation even more unpleasant.
However, my experience took a turn for the better when I spoke with Joseph, the manager. Joseph handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency, completely turning the situation around. His excellent customer service and prompt resolution of the issue were greatly appreciated.
This experience highlighted two things: firstly, there are individuals at Starbucks, like Joseph, who excel in providing good customer service; and secondly, it seems that complaints about Stevie's service are not uncommon. Read moreI do understand that this location is always very, very incredibly busy, but it’s almost as if the baristas don’t even bother looking at the directions on the order. Not one time have I ever come to this location in the six years of living in this area, have I never gotten my drink Made properly. And it really isn’t that difficult. It’s a cold brew with sugar-free vanilla and heavy cream. But every time it’s almost as if it has no syrup whatsoever and no heavy cream. I guess if you have a straight of the menu order, it’s fine or if you just don’t mind, however it’s made and that’s fine too. But don’t bother putting instructions for your drink. I will add that I left a tip anyway because I understand the barista’s are working super hard and they’re understaffed, but it would be really nice if they would at least follow the directions on the...
