Response to my bad review and being banned from the establishment. First I have not skipped on my tab multiple times and I am not hard to track down because I'm there every Saturday night. If there were issues in the past surely you would have addressed them fast due to my frequency. There is another person with the same first name as me that has skipped and I have not seen him back at your establishment. This all boils down to one night 3 Saturdays ago when I left cash for my tab and somehow it didn't get paid. I came to the bar the very next day and spoke with you and paid it. As far as mansplaining to your staff, that was the night prior when Ana poured a bottle of beer incorrectly and I asked for it to be redone. She immediately got defensive and said she had been bartending for 12 years. This is a training issue. This place has gone down over the last two years. They regularly have Poker on Saturday nights however, the service is so poor, you have to walk up to the bar to get any service whatsoever. I was here last week and had to wait 45 minutes to be greeted and order my drink. I went ahead and gave the bar another chance and I waited another 45 minutes and had to go to the bar to order. You have a serious problem with your staff. They pander to the regulars like they’re all friends and they disregard the service of everyone else. They will bring someone’s order that came from the bar and not even offer anyone else at table. I really hope management gets their...

I had a pretty bad experience here but honestly it may have only been because of the waiter/bartender. I asked for a drink menu and she proceeds to tell me that there isn't a drink menu and just stares at me until I spout out random drinks for her. After two rounds our service stopped because the waiter/bartender was too busy texting behind the bar. Nearly empty bar and I still had to go up to the bar and ask for a drink.
