Honestly the whole experience was pitiful. The two girls with pink and blue hair were unkind and absolutely no help. Basically threw my receipt at me and I got no thank you or have a good day. My daughter gets a double cheesy roll up with pickles inside. I was told they are unable to do that bc the cheesy roll up only comes with cheese and it’s “policy”, I’ve never been denied this before so instead I asked for a side of pickles which they gave me for free. I’m not complaining about free pickles but if it’s no up charge why couldn’t you put it inside the roll up? Subway lost money by giving me a bag of pickles instead of putting them inside the roll up. I asked them to charge me for whatever to make it possible to get pickles inside but they still refused. The roll up is supposed to be double cheese. As you can see in the picture it clearly only has American and only the tiniest bit. The roll up is embarrassing and I’m shocked they let stuff like this slide. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted but the meat was still cold. They also didn’t slice my sandwich. My mother went with me. They refused to put sauce on the meat instead of next to it. Read moreI love subway, But not anymore! Today is July 8 2021 I went into the jenks subway with my sister at 5:00pm. Two individuals were on staff that I could see a young man and a woman with black hair. The young man was polite and cleaned his station. The woman though was impolite, messy, impatient, and straight up abandoned her coworker so she could run out and take a smoke! She completely skipped over my sister's sub and did not complete another. She threw ingredients back in random places, and did not clean her station unlike the other young man. And the woman behind us showed up with an online order that had not been filled. She was given the same treatment. During this time more and more customers showed up and the woman abandoned her coworker with no word of warning raced outside to her car to text and smoke. Read moreI have decided that this will be the last time I try to go to any Subway. Every time I go, there is one person working. I get 30 min for lunch. After waiting 15 -20 minutes in line I still was not at the front of the line. I had to turn around and leave and go back to work. This is the second time this has happened. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to have one employee working during the lunch hour, on a Saturday. It’s unacceptable to EVER have one employee working at a fast food restaurant.
