Antonio's Pizza — Restaurant in Jerome

I usually like Antonio's pizza. First off I started by ordering via online. That went fine, except it does not give you a time frame for delivery or carryout. So I called the store on wabash to verify. Andrew said 30-45 minutes. I usually expect about an hour. So an hour and 10 minutes go by, I call the store ask how much longer, Andrew says it's just coming out, so i asked again how much longer, Andrew says " I don't know like 20 minutes." So I said okay fine I won't cancel the order since it's coming out of the oven, so I have already been waiting an hour and 30 minutes for my pizza. I get it and I take it inside and open it, it's not correct, so I call back, Andrew answered again, said he will have it out asap, again no time frame, by this time i was upset and began to ask again a actual time frame, Andrew then hung up on me, so I called back and asked for the manager, well what do you know it was Andrew. I told him to cancel my order and refund my money (we had been waiting 30 minutes for our correct pizza). He told me to call back tomorrow because he can't refund online orders and hung up. So I called back and explained what happened, no apologies and the person said that must of been Andrew. Stuff like this is what keeps people from going back to places. I get you might be busy and backed up and I was not being rude until the 2nd time after he hung up on me, but all I wanted was a time frame!!!!! Antonios has become my regular weekend dinner. From the moment they answer the phone to the moment my pizza or whatever I order is delivered I talk to the nicest, kindest people ever. They’re polite they’re nice they’re kind and they have great customer service. The food you can’t beat it. The pizza is always hot and so so good, and the buffalo wings are my absolute favorite and cannot have pizza without wings. The Italian beef is great the salads are good and the service is phenomenal. The drivers are nice friendly and they’re always fun to talk to you. You couldn’t ask for a better place than Antonios because it is the most well-rounded restaurant that I have ever ever been to and you know they care just by everything they do for the customer. So I highly recommend you make this your weekly pizza place you won’t be sorry . They are definitely a restaurant that you can count on when it comes to food service and just all-around good people. This business committed fraud with my credit card when I ordered delivery by giving us the receipt with the delivery with the quoted price, then running my card with a tip for the driver I did not authorize as he was already tipped at the door by my husband. The fact is, even if we did not tip the driver, this business had NO RIGHT to charge my card anything but for the food we purchased. The owner also lied, saying the price charged to my card would change in a few days, like it does when customers pay at a restaurant and tip, but that is only when the customer tips and the price goes up. My bank told me if this amount now changes it's only bc the transaction was redone and I was refunded the money taken in the wrong. The bank manager told me to report this to the attorney general and BBB bc if fraud has occurred on my credit card on small amounts, most likely it happens to many who don't notice or bother to complain.
