Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jerome

Ordered by phone and was told it would be about an hour. After an hour had passed, we called to check on our order and the employee said that they were closed for the night. When I explained that we were waiting for our delivery, he replied that he was just waiting for the delivery driver to return and it would be about 20 minutes until we would get our order. After that 20 minutes passed, I called again, the same employee answered the phone to say that they were closed and then hung up on me before I could say anything. I called back for the next 5 minutes just for this employee to answer the phone and hang up on me repeatedly without saying a word. I can understand that orders get behind or you're short staffed or mistakes happen; what I don't understand or appreciate is for someone to just hang up on you without any communication whatsoever. Everytime I get domino's whether its carryout or delivery 95% of the time I don't receive the sauces I've paid for. Marinara doesn't come with the breadsticks which is fine so I ordered 2 sides of it. Picked up my pizza and checked the boxes in the car just to see I didn't have my sauces. I walked back in to ask for them and was met with attitude. I was told "I didn't see marinara on your order that's why it's not in there. But I guess I won't lose sleep over it." I told him I would show him my order. But he tossed the sauces at me and sent me on my way. I hate to give a one star specifically to this store cause it has multiple locations but either way super annoying. After reading other reviews on here seems like thet have terrible customer service here...

Honestly I really like this place and their food. Always hot & tasty - unfortunately it seems every time I eat at this location I end up with a pretty severe flu-like sickness the following day, though I'm a huge pizza (and Domino's tbh) fan and at first I didn't attribute the sickness to the food until it happened 3x in a row and my kids + husband experienced it just a week or two ago. I'm hoping this was just a series of unfortunate events (and honestly it makes me so sad to put the negatives bc this really is a friendly and welcoming location with hot, tasty pizza) but there's been too many incidents to ignore\not follow up about. Hopefully, if something is going on that they don't know about, this will be the fuel to fix it so my family and I can...
