McDonald's — Restaurant in Jerome

Update: I was contacted by the GM and she invited me back to try them again.. I will give them a chance sometime...for now I will change my review up to 2 stars just because they seem to be trying and did reach out to me.. 2nd Update: It has been about three weeks and we have not received the coupons promised by the GM - back to one star. Original Review: Went in with low expectations and I was still disappointed. Should have known when the girl taking our order in the drive thru suddenly interrupted and asked if we were talking to her...this is after giving one part of the order and then continuing after she asked if that was all. We ordered 2 meals and one of the 2 for 6 deals. When we got our food (after a delay and the dreaded "can you pull into spot 1?") there was only one order of fries and we thought they had forgotten to put the little half slice of cheese on my wife's McFish...I took it into the store and asked for cheese...the shift leader opened the box and pointed out that there was indeed cheese present...over half of it was stuck to the box but it was there...the rest of the order was cold and old so still can't figure out why we had to go to remote parking. If you have had similar experience at this Jerome McDonald's please give this review a thumbs up. Maybe they will begin to take quality more seriously or at least these reviews will warn other...

I always take my girls to McDonald and never had problems until today 7/3/25,we went through the drive through and this boy gave us our food I think his name was Raelynn and he threw the bag of food to use and then we had asked for ketchup and he gave us 2 packs and then asked us why we were not leaving and I said we still need our frappe drink and he yelled at us and said I just gave it to you in a very rude way he went on to say were is it I just gave it to you and I said no you gave us our sodas and ice cream cone then he got mad and gave us a dirty face and looked back to talk to a girl and he reopen the window in a very rude voice tone were is the drink and I told him check your cameras so you can see you never gave us our frappe he would stop accusing us, I went ahead and asked him for his name and he would ignore me then I asked to talk to his manager then at that point raelynn asked us what size the drink was and I didn’t respond to his question I went ahead and gave him our receipt after 15 min he gave it to use never said sorry or said anything to use. This is why I will no longer be going to Jerome McDonald again poor service and teenage that don’t know how to...

This is the best, most friendly McDonald’s I have ever been to and we travel the lower 48 most of the time. Have been to many! Katie was friendly and quite the hustler as far as getting work done while she was training younger employees. I noticed when she had to talk to one about a mistake, she was very direct, yet gave positive reinforcement about it - she deserves more money. It seemed like she made that place run like a tight ship but all employees were happy and friendly. Blaze was responsive and friendly when he greeted us and took our order. He was friendly and when he delivered food, showed excellent skills - “please, thank you and can I get you anything else”. Stephanie was equally as pleasant and had a friendly demeanor. She even came to our table mid-way thru our meal to ask if we needed anything in addition. Overall, an excellent experience. The manager & owner should be grateful to have people who care about their jobs - most of all, Katie, because her work ethic has obviously trickles down to the people she...
