I’m a plumber. I work on the go. And as a woman, finding a decent bathroom isn’t easy. We’ve all been in that moment where you’re just desperate to find somewhere, anywhere, to pee. I walk in and ask for the bathroom code, and I get told, “You need to make a purchase to sit in the cafeteria or use the restroom.” Seriously? We’re denying people access to a bathroom now? Like using the bathroom isn’t a basic human need? Do I look like I’m about to shoot up in there or something? No. I’m a working woman just trying not to pee myself in the middle of my shift. So I suck it up and spend four dollars on some dumb cake pop thing I didn’t even want. Told the lady to give it to someone else. Anyways why do it? the only other option was to piss myself or squat behind a car. And when I finally get into the bathroom, there’s no toilet paper. Not a single roll. You’ve got people enforcing your precious rules about purchases just to use the damn toilet, but no one can do the bare minimum and restock toilet paper? If you’re gonna make people pay to pee, at least have the decency to provide the basic supplies. It’s ridiculous. Read moreArrived at the store at 8:23 PM, had to wait 5 minutes to be serviced which was fine. People were clocking out and told me someone would be with me. I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble and specifically said I wanted it to be crème based, the cashier didn’t know what that meant and asked over the headset (which is understandable). I got my drink at around 8:32 PM left without tasting it and noticed it tasted like coffee so I went back in at 8:35 PM. When I asked to have my drink corrected the employee had an attitude. I had to wait 20 minutes to have my drink remade and it was not busy. There were 3 employees and the one mopping told me “we close in 10 minutes” while I was waiting for my drink to be remade and I’m like… “I know I’m waiting on her to remake my drink.” After waiting 15 minutes she had to come ask me what frappe I had. 1.) For my order Chocolate Mint Frappe - it took exactly 30+ minutes for the order. Inspite many people who ordered later than me , get their orders and left. No order, only chaos. Everything was happening under the watch of Manager - Cooey. 2.) After sometime I ordered another order of Hot Chocolate. And humbly requested the Manager at the billing counter itself, if this time he can prioritize the order.
