I went in with my boyfriend and my daughter. This is our first ever visit to Chuck e Cheese since I myself was a child. When we went to the counter, the first thing I said after looking at the prices was that I wanted the 200points for gameplay which was 60$. The girl went to talk to her coworker and she came back and offered us a membership (bronze) which was alo 60$ instead of what we wanted to buy. We confirmed with her if it made sense for us to get the membership since we wanted the 200 points to play with our kid. She said YES!, and that we would get discounts on additional points as well as food. At no point did she explain how many points would be on the actual card during this visit. While we are playing we notice, first of all, that we were clearly losing points as most of the machines were broken but NO SIGNS ON THE MACHINES THAT ANYTHING WAS OUT OF SERVICE. So many aside from myself also wasting points on games that should be dispensing balls for instances. Nothing comes out. SECOND, and most importantly, a little while into playing we notice our card is out of balance, which is crazy since we wanted 200 points, each game is about a point or 2 to play so how did we run out so quickly? We look at our receipt and the card she gave us and notice the card is only loaded with 40 points! So my boyfriend goes to the counter and tells the girl that it made No sense to have a membership if what we wanted, which we said in the beginning was the 200 points; and now we spent 60$ on 40? Instead of 200. And now we have to spend MORE money on points to get what we originally wanted in the first place; so now a 60$ trip has become an 80$ trip and FOR LESS POINTS to begin with when we could have just spent 60$ on the original 200 that was wanted. When he tells the girl; she was just going to refund us; (again, not what we wanted just wanted a cancellation of the membership and to be credited the missing points) the MANAGER steps in, and cancels the CANCEL OF THE MEMBERSHIP. Stating that we can’t do that since we already used the 40 points from the membership. And that no refund can be given so he had to walk away with a membership he doesn’t want, paying additional money he shouldn’t have paid, and a completely dissatisfied experience. When he walks back to us to tell us the situation; the manager walks to us and just gives him the card because he left it in the front ; said nothing more. And walks away. So clearly I get upset and go up to her, all the while the girl who originally sold us the membership is now hiding in the back, so I go straight to the manager to get a whole explanation because how did we pay so much for a bad time ? So she explained that we can’t cancel the membership, essentially we stuck with the membership; she was apologetic that the cashier didn’t explain the membership correctly….which is ridiculous. And then I tell her that he paid for additional points, which she says she gave a 20% discount on and that she ADDED additional points for free… None of this was told to him by the way. Only when I confronted her does she explain this. And now here I am spent 80$ on 40 points. Plus an additional 60. now we’re at 100 points and then after that was it that the manager added the additional 100 points. All in all we overspent money on 200 points for no reason. Absolutely will never be...
Read moreI recently visited Chuck E. Cheese with my family, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for both kids and adults. The games were engaging, and the food was surprisingly good for a family entertainment center.
What truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding service from a staff member named Kelvin. From the moment we walked in, Kelvin greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He was incredibly attentive, assisting us with everything from game tokens to finding the perfect seating arrangement.
Kelvin's dedication to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. He was patient with the kids, helping them choose games and even offering tips to win more tickets. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly enhanced our overall experience.
It's rare to find such committed and enthusiastic staff members, and Kelvin is a shining example of what great service looks like. Because of his efforts, our family had an unforgettable day at Chuck E. Cheese. We will definitely be returning, and we hope to see Kelvin again on our next visit. Highly recommend this location for a fun...
Read moreYour kid's and even Adults can have lot of fun here by playing the various games that are available to play here. We went here to celebrate my 6y old Daughters birthday and I am glad this was a good choice as she enjoyed a lot and so did my family along with it. Even the ladies at booking counter were quite nice. Also their digitized card system to enable each game makes it quit simplified to access them. However, here are some cons that I can think of:
It's quiet expensive. Like for a 60min game it cost us ~$35. But the good part is they let both my kids use it so I think it's still not that bad I think.
The Food, a large Pizza (In fact upgraded to extra large using a coupon) that I ordered was poor quality & quantity (extremely thin despite ordering traditional crust) and this is despite paying $29 for a 2 topping. Typically this size pizza if I order at Papa Jones/Pizza hut is more than sufficient for my family and comes for $12 -$16. Not only that, it was too oily, as if it was soaked in oil!! Really!! Isn't it supposed to be baked?? Also one of the topping was chicken which I could hardly see much on it!
Overall, I am happy that my children had a good experience on...
