Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Jersey City

What Restaurant still uses "Only Cash"? Aside from the constant panhandling, dangerous location, and rude patrons, the only good thing about this particular Popeye's is the fact that it carries the franchise name, and apparently that's not saying much. It needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom starting with new owners that will hold management accountable for their actions, who will in turn hold the workers accountable to give 100% customer service period. How can you operate a franchise when everyone has the attitude that "It's just a job" mentality? I've always loved Popeyes until I encountered the store in Norristown PA, Jesus take the wheel, and that is just one of the reasons why Chick-fil-A has lines around the corner at every location, because no one wants to go to a chicken place where they don't know what kind of service, or lack there of, or chicken in the same context they will get. If the person responsible for this location feels the need to pay attention to reviews, I strongly urge you to take this particular review under consideration and start from scratch, or just watch from afar as this store crumbles into the abyss of...

they fked up my order. i ordered 12 piece chicken nuggets, mac and cheese and sprite with ranch and sweet heat. but instead i got 20 nuggets, a large mashed potatoes, strawberry and grape jam and sweet tea that tasted like tree bark and wasn’t even cold. my whole night is ruined. i was sad and ordered food because i was hungry and wanted to feel better. instead my night is even worse and i am going to cry myself to sleep. the nuggets we’re the only good thing they got a little right and they weren’t even that good. i am in tears. i am never ordering popeyes again. my 20$ wasted. and to make things even worse. they closed. so i cant even call to get my order fixed or get a refund. i am in shambles. popeyes i want my 20$ back. also the biscuit is dry. i hate you. you gave me someone else’s order and it it probably the worst order you could’ve given me. not even fries??? to whoever ordered this, thanks u ruined my night. i hope u enjoy my meal that is 10000x better than...

This is the last time I'm going to go back to this Popeyes. The employees do no know the difference between a chicken breast or a chicken thigh. The last three times I have gone I pay for a. Upcharge to get a chicken breast. I get charged I inform them are you sure that I am getting what pay for and specifically state I do not want thighs I paid for a specific items. Open the box and what do I see exactly what I did not want. I am Going to make it a point never to go back. But also a point to state every chance that this Popeyes on rt 440 in Jersey city has the worst service and staff who have no comprehension skills to deal with customers.
