Rib King NYC at Industry City was an absolute vibe! It felt like a full-blown barbecue showdown—every pitmaster came with their A-game, and Summerfest seriously delivered. I tasted so many different styles of ribs—smoky, sweet, spicy, fall-off-the-bone… you name it. The variety was amazing, and each vendor brought their own unique flavor. The cocktails were flowing, the music was bumping, and the weather was perfect—it really was one of those “this is summer in NYC” kind of days. Great energy, great people, and nothing but good vibes. I’m already counting down the days to do it all again next year! *Get the VIP tickets and arrive early as food and liquor tend to run out. You get all the giveaways & freebies when you arrive early.

Rib King NYC at Industry City was an absolute vibe! It felt like a full-blown barbecue showdown—every pitmaster came with their A-game, and Summerfest seriously delivered.

I tasted so many different styles of ribs—smoky, sweet, spicy, fall-off-the-bone… you name it. The variety was amazing, and each vendor brought their own unique flavor.
