Burger King — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Street sign says, "drive thru and dinning room open". went there at 6:05 pm and the front door was locked. Dinning room times posted on the window said until 10PM. No other notes or signs on the windows about time changes! went thru the drive thru and asked the employee, why the dinning room was locked and he said, "oh, well the dinning room times changed due to COVID. It closes at 6 now!" COVID HAS BEN GOING ON SINCE MARCH 2020 AND THEY ARE JUST NOW LOCKING THE DOORS AT 6? I ATE IN THE DINNING ROOM AT THIS LOCATION ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AT 730 PM AND COVID WAS GOING ON THEN! I THINK THAT THIS LOCATION IS USING ANY EXCUSE THEY CAN TO DO AS LITTLE WORK AS POSSIBLE. AN OPEN DINNING ROOM MEANS CUSTOMERS INSIDE MAKING A MESS AND SOMEONE HAS TO CLEAN THAT MESS! THOSE EMPLOYEES ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THAT JOB! LESS BUSINESS MEANS LESS HOURS FOR THE EMPLOYEES. THERE ARE OTHER BURGER KINGS AROUND! ALSO, I TRIED TO CALL THIS BUSINESS AND WHEN SOMEONE ANSWERED AND I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, THEY HUNG UP! NOW, THEY WON'T...

First time coming here and I don't think I will be visiting this location anymore. Dining hours say they open at 6 am. I placed an order online went and picked it up . It was 7 a.m. and I had to still wait outside cause doors were locked. I then decided to call the store and no one answered. Like if your hours are changing for that day or you are opening later a nice note at the door would help or if you answer at least you'd know someone was waiting. ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS! Once they unlocked the door she checked to see if it opened but didn't even apologize for having to wait . When I opened the door , I got no greeting what so ever. Even when they unlocked the door the lights to the lobby were off. I don't know what kind of business they're running , but it's definitely how they should conduct business. 0 out of 5 but Google doesn't allow 0 stars. Oh and the kicker to all this is that I still had to wait for my order...

First of, the price on the menu shows $10.59 per meal and the recipe shows i was over charged. So imagine all the people that come through there a day makes a whole lot of extra money for the store, just not right. Also drove all the way back to work & my texas double whopper was just a double meat burger. No bacon, no jalapeños & the worst of all. The meat didn't have that grilled flavor that makes it different from all the other burger places. Tasted like a McDonald's burger no joke. Very disappointed & feel like they got over on me. Iv been going there for years & never payed attention to the recipe, makes me wonder how much I've over payed through the years & how much more they're taking extra a day after over charging customers. Definitely staying away from this...
