Had a NOT SO good experience at this Chili's. chips were stale and way over salted. Service was a bit slow, but my waitress had a party of 8 next to me which was ok I understood. What was upsetting is our food came out wrong even though the waitress wrote all orders down. It was blamed on the cook, which I'm sure it could very well be true but another waitress came, ( not my server), out with our food and she should've checked the ticket. At this point I told them I didn't want my food that they could just take it off my ticket. All was fixed Crystal asked if I wanted a to go box, I said no it was ok. Crystal was nice. Then here comes this tall husky lady walking with an attitude towards my table acting like she was ready to beat someone up ( you could see it all over her face)! She was claiming to be a manager and she just made problems worse by coming over being loud and rude! I still kept my composure because I had guest with me. As she was walking away, I started a conversation with someone at my table and she (manager) turned to me and said real loud "excuse me?" I then told her I was speaking to him and pointed to the person at my table. She went on and on, and I tried ignoring her by getting up to go to the bathroom and to get my server so I can get my ticket bc the tablet at my table wasn't working. The manager came from the other side of the table to get into my face and told me she "suggest" I sit down and behave or she was calling the cops! I told her I'm 42 yrs old and I don't have to sit down and tried explaining to her what I was doing without trying to bring attention to my table bc I don't like causing a scene. WTH did I just miss?!?!? I was so confused I had to walk outside to make a phone call to another Chili's manager to get them to step in to help the situation. It's midnight, this happened much earlier and this still bothers me. The manager was so out of line for how she acted it's insane. Rayna SHOULD NOT BE AN AREA MANAGER AFTER THE WAY SHE HANDLES CUSTOMERS! VERY POOR customer service skills! Even if I was in the wrong, which I wasn't, customers are always right. She is so wrong for what she did. My daughter was so shooken up that she was in tears from her anixety going up due to Rayna acting like a mad woman on drugs! Two things could've happened 1 Crystal went back and fabricated the story to Rayna as far as what was said at the table and that's why Rayna came out ready to fight OR 2 Rayna doesn't like bad reviews on how she is not getting orders right being she was one of the cooks this night and that's why she acted the way she did. Read moreI haven’t been to Chili’s in YEARS!! My husband and I visited the one in Willowbrook last weekend and EVERYTHING was AMAZING. They were busy and still delivered A plus service!!! So after working 12 hours we decided to go on a quick date and was like let’s go back to Chili’s!! We came to the hwy 6 location since it was closer to the house. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! I just want to mention that they weren’t even busy first of all. After waiting 20 minutes for my food the meat on the burger was HARD, fries were COLD, lettuce on my salad was BROWN, and my lemonade was WATERED DOWN!! I had the drink of the month which was the lemon drop and it was filled with ice, juiced down, and I didn’t taste a lick of alcohol. My husband had steak and needed condiments but was unable to get the waitress attention because she was busy smiling in the bartenders face the entire time. We never saw her again until it was time to pay. I was very upset and disappointed. To know I received such excellent service and delicious food at another location and to come here and didn’t even enjoy my date night was very hurtful. Not to mention the bugs that were flying around the table. Also, when we got the bill that was wrong and had to get it corrected. I feel as though it was a waste of my hard earned money to visit this location tonight. I should’ve just ate me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at home like I started to do because that sandwich never disappoints. To make a long story short I will never visit this location again. I’m still hungry. I didn’t enjoy my meal at all and have the worst headache. The whole atmosphere was off at this location. Read moreIf I could leave O stars, I would. We ordered online and arrived on time to pick up our order. I understand it was busy, we didn't mind waiting for 45 minutes. Unfortunately the food we recieved was ice cold and the contents of the bag seemed like it was covered in condensation. It had been sitting for quite some time. I tried to call the restaurant and was put on hold for 25 minutes, so my husband drove back to the restaurant to see about having the food replaced. We initially didn't even want a refund, we just wanted fresh food.They took our ticket, said they were working on it, but that wasn't the case. He waited for another 45 minutes only to be told by a manager that the food wouldn't be replaced and he rolled his eyes like my husband was an inconvenience. Rude. My husband was intentionally made to feel uncomfortable by the hostess, and he felt as if he was being jerked around by the staff, as he was told they were "working" on an order they had no intention of remaking. None of this bothered the manager and our information was written down on the back of a receipt and he was told "we can process a refund later" They kept the food we paid for and brought back to be replaced, and we have no idea if they have actually processed a refund. We normally have had great experiences at this location, and we understand staffing issues and wait times. This was an overall terrible...
