Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Texas

I am giving this specific Dairy Queen 5 stars without me even having to go inside I experienced amazing customer service from Mr. John. I had today a meal and 2 dill pops for my two babies through uber eats and I didn’t get my dill pops i was a little disappointed so I called uber the guy who dropped off my food barely spoke English and he had a thick accent so I had a real hard time hearing him, so I decided to call the store and see what was going on (mind you I didn’t catch an attitude, didn’t become hostile i just wanted to see where the miscommunication happened) So I had no way have getting to the store because of Covid19 so I uber 2 more dill pops and instead of me getting a total of 4 Mr. John had threw in a little extra for the inconvenience. ❤️❤️ Which went a long way in...

I pulled up to the drive thru 9:50pm there was only one car a head of me at the speaker. They took their order left me sitting there for 20 minutes, never got on the speaker to say they were closed. Only reason I knew was at 10:10 the workers started taking trash to the dumpster and signaled they was closed. Left me sitting there for 20-25 minutes and couldn’t give me the courtesy of letting me know that they weren’t going to service me even though online hours are listed to close at 11pm on Friday-Saturday. Terrible, teach these kids how to communicate. I gave this place 3 chances and I'm officially finished with them. My first visit was the grand opening and my order was completely wrong, AFTER I repeated it twice to the cashier. The second time, my order was wrong again but I felt like it was done purposely because the drive thru worker kept laughing while taking the order (this was a teenager, so maybe it was her first job). The third and final time my simple order was yet again wrong. I didn't even make a fuss about it. I threw it away and went down the street to Whataburger.
