We recently discovered a coffee shop in our neighborhood that we hadn’t noticed before. Apparently, it’s been open for seven months, and we’ve been driving by it every day without realizing it was there. What a hidden gem!

The inside of the coffee shop is beautifully designed and very inviting. There are plenty of seating options, from cozy corners to tables perfect for studying or working. It’s the kind of place where you’d feel comfortable catching up with a friend over coffee or spending a few hours getting some work done in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

As avid latte drinkers, we love exploring local coffee shops and supporting small businesses rather than big-name chains like Starbucks. There’s something special about finding a place where the passion for coffee really shines through, and this shop certainly delivered. I’d like to think I’m pretty good at judging lattes, and the ones here were exceptional. The espresso was strong but not overly bitter, with just the right balance of boldness and smoothness. The milk foam was velvety and perfectly incorporated, creating that ideal ratio of milk to espresso. It was easily one of the best lattes we’ve had in a while.

To accompany our coffee, we ordered a Nutella and strawberry crepe, which was absolutely delicious. They didn’t hold back on the fillings or toppings—every bite was packed with sweet, creamy Nutella, fresh strawberries, and just the right amount of powdered sugar and drizzle. It was indulgent but not overly heavy, making it the perfect treat. We also tried a slice of their lemon poppy seed cake, and it was another winner. The cake was incredibly moist with a vibrant, citrusy lemon flavor that really stood out—exactly what you hope for in a dessert like this.

What really elevated our experience was the staff. While we didn’t ask for their specific positions, we’re pretty sure the two ladies helping us were the owners. They were incredibly warm, energetic, and welcoming. They actively engaged with us, asking what we liked and enthusiastically explaining their menu offerings. Their passion for what they do was evident, and it made us feel right at home.

To top it all off, they even offered to take a picture of our family while we enjoyed our food and drinks. They later shared the photo on their Instagram with a sweet caption, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. It’s rare to find that level of connection and care in a coffee shop, and it really made our visit memorable.

We’ll absolutely be returning to try more of their menu. With such delicious food, expertly crafted coffee, and outstanding service, this place has definitely earned a spot on our regular rotation. If you’re in the area and looking for a cozy spot with amazing lattes and great hospitality, this is a must-visit.

Update 1: Its been a few months now since we first visited and we continue to go back. Its nearby us and the service is always great. We try different pastries every time we go and the corn bread and almond croissant are really really good. I have noticed an increase in customers as we go which is a positive sign for a small business. Great spot to get some coffee and food while you study or catch up with a friend or even for a nice coffee date (that my wife and I...

The drinks were absolutely divine—crafted to perfection! The cornbread was incredibly moist with a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. We also tried the blueberry lemon loaf—holy moly, it was out of this world! This is an amazing Latina-owned business, fantastic coffee shop, and they also offer alcoholic drinks! She took the time to walk us through the menu and made us feel so welcome as first-time visitors. The vibe inside is relaxed yet had a stylish, upscale feel. Plus, there’s a dog-friendly patio, which we loved! An all-around incredible experience!

forgot to add, a great place for remote workers or date night, it's open all week...

If you are looking for a great and relaxing place to have a cup of coffee, visit Margaritas! I love the simplicity of the decor, the attention to detail, energy and great vibe. I ordered the tiramisu coffee (delicious) and bagel. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. There is different areas to sit inside and outdoors. They also have space to set your laptop and work while you enjoy the cafecito. I was one do the first one to arrive and half an hour later the place was full. Will definitely be going back. Thank you Manuela for the great customer service and...
