On a good day there is no line and they have excellent speed of service ,however I've seen them packed. They have deals a lot that come in the mail ad also sign up for text alerts for great deals or look on your receipt. The orders are always accurate sometimes but please stop hiring people like CARTON who don't want to be at his job and wants to be rude all the time. On 3/11/2018 I came through the drive through and you tried to rush the order and then I was charged wrong! I love a great deal no matter what time of day. So, I used the buy 1 jumbo jack and get one FREE from my receipt. The coupon was not honored and instead you gave me 10% off. When I notified you of the mishap all you could say was "oh"? Your suppose to be a manager of this location are you not? You need more training on the register and I will notify corporate because I know there's no way Jack knows you work for one of his locations as unprofessional as you are sir. I was not rude to you not once and wanted to be treated like a valued customer because I'm spending my money with you guys when Mcdonalds is across the street, and Whataburger is 5 minutes away. You as a leader of a fast food store/corporation should possess a different demeanor while you are at YOUR job. Mr. CARTON as a young male my expectations were not too high for you to complete, and with a very simple order as mine, it would have easily been accurate had you just asked someone with more experience if you didn't know what you were doing. Read moreTerrible Jack in the Box location. I went through the drive-thru on November 9, 2025, at midnight, and the guy taking my order forgot one of my drinks. I told him I was missing a drink and he denied it, until he looked up at the order screen and then gave me my missing drink. He handed me my bags of food and I made the mistake of not checking the order. I drove home and my wife asked if I didn’t get my two eldest sons anything. I told her I ordered 4 Sourdough jacks, and then I realized there were only 2 sourdough jacks. I was also missing the fries that came with the combos, jalapeno cheese poppers and medium fries for a nugget meal combo. I returned to the Jack in the Box expecting to have my issues corrected, and instead the drive thru guy stated he gave me 3 sandwiches. I told him no, he gave me only 2. He became angry and started to yell and argue that he knew how many sandwiches he gave me. I told him that not only did he forget to give me 2 sandwiches, but also forgot the fries for the combo orders, jalapeno poppers and fries for a nugget combo. I reminded him he had forgotten my drink the first time I went through the drive thru and he yelled that we would give me my sandwiches so I could leave already. He then slammed the drive thru window shut, so I drove away. The employee had a terrible attitude, horrible customer service and I lost out on approximately $20 worth of food. I just paid for curly fries, it's on the receipt that says curly fries and the guy repeated the order back to me saying "Curly Fries!!!" Reason #1 why I hate going through the drive through. If there is some JITB procedure that states to check the order before handing it out I would suggest that they re-review it again. And I'm sure that "procedure" comes in various languages in order to filter the confusion.
People who read will probably say I'm crazy or just picky. They will say " Just let it go!" but after so much of this you break and need an outlet to vent frustration.
So bottom line???Get out of the car walk up to the counter and order you food. Then check it. If they got it wrong...trust me they hate having to fix their mistakes and makes them look worse than they already...
