Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Texas

Wish I could give it no stars Went to the Fallbrook location because our hartz on Rosslyn was closed. for the evening So we ordered a 3 piece dark chicken only .and the guy at the intercom said what side so I got confused and said fries then he asked what drink I said oh no no I'm sorry just Chicken.we drove up the worker said something we couldn't hear and said $5.30 we paid and we're about to drive off when this Asian lady opens the window and yells something at us we couldn't understand finally we were able to figure out what she said and she said you ordered fries that's $2.80 We told her no we just wanted chicken so she turns around and you could hear her yelling at what I assume was the worker who took our order. she got so mad and slammed the window on us while we were still talking. It wasn't our fault the worker misunderstood but we corrected him about the order before we drove up This is very bad business etiquette to be yelling at your customers and slamming the window in their face. I was about to say I'd pay for the fries because I'd rather just be nice and avoid conflict but she never gave us a chance to do so. I'm sure she has a big turnover of workers if she treats them like this. We'll never go there again no matter how badly I want chick. Such a rude woman! Today I had a bad experience with this location! I am a ups driver and every week I come here to eat at the buffet. I drive a 26foot box truck not a 18 wheeler and I park my vehicle in the same location every time I come. My truck takes up 3parking spaces. The stuff never said anything to me about my truck being park there before!! Today since there was a officer there eating lunch. The stuff decided to tell me I can’t park my truck there and made a big deal about it and said that I can’t eat unless I move my truck. It was very hott outside today. I been delivering packages all day and for someone to try and embarrass you in public and unprofessional. I refuse to deal with a stuff who feel like they can talk to you any kinda way and not let you eat because of how my truck was park. My truck was out the way from other vehicles by it self and there was plenty of other parking spaces available !!! There are no signs in the parking lot saying that a 26feet truck can not park there at this location. I will never come back!! Disappointing Experience at Hartz Chicken

I recently visited Hart's Chicken, excited to try their famous fried chicken. However, my experience was far from what I expected. I arrived at the restaurant an hour before their posted closing time, only to find the doors locked and no one inside. I checked the hours online, and they clearly stated they would be open for another hour.

I understand that sometimes things happen, and staff may need to leave early, but it was incredibly frustrating to drive all the way there only to be turned away. I was really looking forward to enjoying a meal there, and this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

I hope they can improve their communication and ensure that they stick to their advertised hours in the future. Until then, I can't recommend Hart's Chicken based on...
