Smart Drinks — Restaurant in Texas

I wish I could rate this 0 starts. She has been rude every single time I try to give her my business. I ordered a small smoothie with a $20 dollar bill and she did not have change to give me so she up charged me and had an attitude because I asked her why. The second time I tried paying with cash again and she did not have any change or cash again so I had to use my card. Second inconvenience for the customer. Second time I received Poor customer service. The 3rd time I ordered for myself I asked for the same drink I always get and she made the wrong drink. when I asked about my drink she snapped at me and blamed me for it and also proceeded to tell me she always has problems with me. I told her she is always disrespectful and rude ti me even though I still give her business. I refuse to buy from this company and the rude customer service. WORST business I’ve ever bought from and does not care about the customers. She makes ALOT of money from this location she comes to and for her to act that way...

I came in here looking for a fresh drink + possibly some protein. Charles (incredibly friendly and knowledgeable) took the time to walk me through various protein options and recommended one of the best whey protein powders I've ever tried! I had ordered a drink from the Smart Drinks truck and ordered a "Freddo Caramel" because i needed the caffine and paid for the drink. When the drink arrived she brought back a Caramel Frappuccino and I mentioned to the lady that it wasn't what I ordered, in which she stated that I ordered a "Caramel Frappuccino" and already paid for it and gave an attitude when I refused the drink.
