My son & I were looking forward to a nice lunch together. We have been here numerous times and have always been pleased. WELL NOT TODAY! I'll start by saying that before our food arrived; I went to the ladies room. Both stalls were occupied by two of the employees. Each of them were engaged in conversation with each other while they "took care of their business." Somewhat put off by this, I decided to return to the table & try again later. About 10-15 min later, I went back, only to find them STILL sitting on the pot, conversating. I was mad so I decided to wait. The sign above the sink said "All Employees Must Wash Hands Before Returning to Work." Obviously this did not apply to them, as they did NOT wash their hands. I was grossed out & should have left then, but since they were in the bathroom I figured they wouldn’t be handling my food. They may as well have for what it tasted like. I had to send the chicken tacos back. The meat was so old & fatty it was not even editable. My son had the ground beef tacos and I'm not even sure it WAS beef! I think someone may be missing a cat. I eat at taco trucks often and realize that this is not your tex-mex cuisine, but this was beyond disgusting. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY! I will NEVER go back. Read moreUpdate 6/27/2024 If they're not forgetting one thing, they're getting the other thing wrong!!! I asked for "corn" tortillas for my tacos and they gave flour once again! ugh - it's not hard to take an order.

EVERY single time, I place an order for takeout…there’s always something missing. It could be charro beans, could be an entree plate missing…it’s always something at this particular location. I ordered at this location probably at least 20x this year. AT LEAST 8 times, I’ve had to go back bc 1…the order was missing. 2, it’s the wrong item.
PLEASE check your takeout order before you leave the restaurant. We shouldn’t have to do that, but after so many times…you NEED to. They look at you all crazy thinking you’re trying to scam them. But listen, I’m spending all this money for my employees for lunch and we hate having to go back to get the things we were missing or got wrong. Seriously, check your order...
Read moreThe Lady MANAGER has the worst customer service and is very rude I came in with my daughter to order to go and she was standing there Didn’t care to ask how can she help me or even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there, then proceeded to answer one call, so I waited, patiently thinking maybe afterwards she would give me service maybe like the call was on hold or something then she proceeded to Answer another call I literally had to wave down a waitress to assist me. Second time I ordered online when I walked in I was asking if there was a waitress there that helped me out the first time because I was short a dollar so I was trying to repay her when I tried to ask about the girl she just bluntly told me I don’t know who you’re talking about and walked away. I will never bring my service back here again, even though the food is delicious. The manager needs a serious attitude adjustment or just doesn’t need to be working in this customer service...
