I was here visiting from out of town. The has some great items so I was able to do some great school shopping. I would have to say that with this being a new store, the customer service was horrible. I noticed when I got the register, that one of the shirts had an ink stank on it. I told her decided not to get this particular one due to the stain. She then proceeded to say that I could wash the shirt. I’ve worked in retail management for over 10 years, I’ve never told a customer to go home and wash a shirt that was already stained. She then started to get smart still saying that the shirt could be washed. I had already told this lady that I did not want the shirt so I’m still trying to figure why this was still being a suggestion. I’ve never experienced anything like it. She then started to mumble under her breath. I was going to let this slide but I had to get back out of my car and tell the store manager. Received Horrible treatment in Ross located at 17390 Northwest Freeway on May 6 , 2022. Employee (NAOMI) was disrespectfully going around yelling telling customers to hurry and get in line or else she was not going to allow us to pay for items. She also said she would turn off cash registers if we didn’t get in line, keep in mind that it’s barely 9:30 pm when outside of the store it is clearly posted that the store closes at 11:00 pm. My husband and I got in line by 9:50 and (MARIA) at the cash register which also had a horrendous attitude scanned a few of our items then decided to decline us service. We have never experienced anything like this before we felt harassed and humiliated by these two individuals. We come here every other day Now We will never shop at this Store Again. I’ve seen people walk out of this Location With Baskets Full of Stuff and Neither employee has Ever Said a Thing when their getting robbed. Manager niquisha should have asked her to write her name down refused to return my item shoe still had price tags attached and I had my receipt it was not over the thirty days for return only 1 item told me to call customer service but they are close at 6 was very rude laughed in our face was unprofessional horrible service will not be shopping here again. They also sell used shoes if you check bottom of shoes in store some have dirt be sure to ask for discount because they will use that as excuse for not returning your item. She knows we shop frequently from this location she said she recognized us we own many clothes from this location but they treat us like liars and thief's. And on a different day a employee also put our items away before we even had a chance to try on rest of our clothes they must be rude because the manager teaches them to be rude to customers.
