I am the parent of a minor who works at this restaurant. My son has is being harassed by a “team leader” by the name of Rebecca Valdez! She is a grown woman who has gotten several complaints from not just co workers, but also customers. I’m not sure how this woman still has a job here. She gives my (minor) son ugly looks, says a lot of shady things & all sorts of other things! This is unacceptable! There are times where he isn’t comfortable with even clocking in due to this woman being in the environment! Her behavior is unacceptable, how is she a team leader and suppose to be leading by example yet you’re harassing kids! I have spoken to several of managers who have told me the best thing to do is to reach out corporate due to them not knowing what Rebecca could be capable of! How is this woman not getting any write ups, where are her consequences, how is she able to be prioritized in this situation and she’s the perpetrator? How can this be a team & nobody is standing up for my son whom is a minor being harassed by a team leader? How is this lady being accommodated while my son hours are having to be pushed back to work later hours and he’s a senior in high school? Where’s the fairness in this situation? While speaking with manager Patsy inside the restaurant, there was a customer who involved himself in our conversation who was waiting for my husband & I outside the restaurant to let us know his experience with this lady Rebecca! He said she’s a (explicit word) to not just customers but also the work crew. He felt so bad that my son was going through this, that he even offered my son a job at his place of work. Stated there is no discrimination at his workplace, as he sees that is the problem here at this whataburger. How can you all continue to keep a team member like this who causes hostile environments for customers as well as team mates? When...

Read moreI never had a bad experience at Whataburger in my entire life until today!! After a long day at the hospital we decided to drive through for dinner at 5pm on 9/26.The young lady taking my order was so rude. I know people may say that alot but I have gotten to know that this company has friendly employees. She was rushing me at the drive thru, repeatedly saying let me know when you are ready, when I paused to clarify drinks , instead of making suggestions or upsells, she was correcting me when I ordered a small onion ring- saying we don't have small sizes, which is true but so rude instead of offering a choice of medium, and not listening when I asked to remove onions from my son's burger, and kept saying things to speed up , you want dry, I do know what dry means, but surley no onions should be clear and didn't ask what dressing I wanted for my salad. I ordered grilled chicken, they gave me fried, no reciept,no napkins and the onion rings and fries were dumped completely over in the bag,the entire order was cold and the burger had huge hunks of white lettuce and untoasted bread. I had to ask her for a receipt. They only gave me the grill tag on the bag. This is a first and last time I will visit this location. I review alot of places, and regretfully have to be honest about my experience here. I hope that maybe it was just a bad day and not the way this location...
