El Pupusodromo — Restaurant in Texas

Used to love this place. I used to give them a call for carry out and just stop by and pick it up. Now I tried calling the number and it did not work. I decided to drive there and just order there. Big mistake. I got there and it took 10 mins for someone to help me get my order started. While I was paying I asked the waitress if the number had changed and she brushed me off by saying "well there is a lot of location so who knows who you were calling" she gave me the receipt and circle the number to call on the receipt. I told her, yea that's the number I called and she just brushed me off again and kept going with what she was doing. Once the order was completed, it took 45plus mins to get the order. They renovated the place and it looks nice and all but it looks like they downgrade on their customer service. Never coming back here again. 😪 many other places to get...

Came by on 08/30/23 to have lunch with the family and I must be honest and say it was ok. To me the pupusas are NOT the same as they were when I use to come as I was younger. For some reason the pupusas revueltas de chicharron y queso were extremely sour and I know for a fact they didn't taste like this when this place was ALOT smaller. The tamales are good I give them a 8.5 the salpicon I give it a 8 but I will say this....I didn't like the fact that on the salpicon plate they added dressing to my salad. I feel that the dressing should come on the side because I'm pretty sure I'm not the only 1 who doesn't like dressing. I honestly wouldn't return because of the way those pupusas tasted. I remember growing up this place was very popular and known for their big thick pupusas that tasted so delicious but I guess through out the years they have lost...

It was a horrible experience to witnessed the female supervisor (blondish) physically and verbally assault an employee and fired her in front of all the customers. I literally had to intervene because, my anxiety and PTSD went thru the roof. The employee was NOT in the wrong, the aupervisor was and its a shame. She did not even addressed us or apologized to us knowing the fight was literally 6 inches from my table. To the owner you need to get involved and handle that, because as for me and all the people I know will never step foot in your restaurant again! That was abusive!! The employee was sweet and very kind making sure everyone was taking care of and treated us with respect trying to do control damage in a very professional manner, while the so called supervisor was yelling and putting her hands on...
