This is the second time Iâve had a bad experience at this Wendyâs. My first order today was stolen by the door dash driver. So I replaced the order after door dash refunded me. The dasher drove around for 40 mins instead of going to the restaurant. So I called door dash and they said they would reach out to the driver. The driver finally started to head to the restaurant and I told the customer service the last time this happened, I was given melted ice cream, cold food and the ice in my drinks were melted. He tried to assure me they do not make the order until the driver was there. He actually called the store while I was on the phone and told them not to make the order until then and he said they understood. When the driver finally got there, there was a person from Wendyâs who told me they were out of fries and had no more and asked if I wanted chilli instead. No? Who wants chicken nuggets and chilli? So I told her to just leave the fries out and she tells the driver âThatâs her bag there.â Meaning the food was already made before she got there. The frosties were liquid, one of the frosties was the wrong flavor, all the food was cold, including the random chilli they added in anyway, and the ice in the drink was melted.    Read moreSo I've had 2 bad experiences with this Wendy's so far. The first time was about six months ago. I ordered a 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries. So usually I check my bag before I leave and it looked like everything was in there. I get home and I'm missing a chicken sandwich. So I had to drive all the way back up there after I called and complained. Then had to wait for them to make the sandwich. Now today I ordered a burger, no onions, and a chicken sandwich with baconatar fries and 2 milkshakes. I checked my bag and made sure everything was there. When they handed me the milkshakes I have the lady a weird look. She was handing me 2 small kids cups. When I told her I ordered 2 milkshakes she told this was the regular size, and that I should have asked for a bigger size. I don't order frosty's that much but I had NO IDEA that a kiddie cup was a regular size. So how am I supposed to know what the regular size is? I know if I ordered a soda the cup would be twice the size of this kiddie cup!!! And then my husband's burger had onions on it after I asked for no onions. And it was covered in grease! Like it was dripping from the burger when he picked it up. I am very disappointed and very agrivated with this Wendy's. If I could I would give them 0 stars or negative stars. I tried ordering a meal for my family, I told them I needed a minute to figure out what they wanted because we hadn't been to this location before. The drive thru employee said "okay", then proceeded to say "order whenever you're ready", 3 times within under 5 minutes to where I gave up and started ordering. Immediately after I get the first words out my mouth she tells me to "pull up to the last window". When I say I'm not done she says ok, and I continue. Everytime I get a part of the order out "are you done?" Like..no? I'll say when I'm done. We finally get to the window, she doesn't tell me how much it is prior so I can't prepare. She then tells me at the window and rolls her eyes and walks off when I have to unlock my card?? Finally get through that and she hands 2 bags to me, before snatching them out of my hands. A few moments later she shoved them back, causing me to almost drop them? And then after all that we're still missing parts of our order, and she closed the drive thru window on us.
