I went here to eat on Friday and again last night because I was craving it!

I went in a group of four on Friday and the service was awesome and food was delicious. We told our server that we were in a bit of a rush and he was very receptive of this and made sure he was timely with everything and we really appreciated this. He was so kind and happily refilled our chips and salsa three times LOL. When I went last night, the service was a lot slower and this was surprising to me given how great it was the first time I went. I did not have the same server when I went last night, but there was one occurrence where my server from Friday night brought us something when he had noticed that we needed something. I'm assuming that the server we had last night was just not as attentive as the one that we had on Friday. It was not very busy either so we were confused why it was so slow last night. Service speed aside, our server was still very kind!

The food has consistently been fantastic. The first time I went, I got the Enchiladas Verdes and last night I ordered La Preferida (which I liked even more than the Verdes). My boyfriend and I also ordered a quesadilla as an appetizer to share and that was also good! The portions are so generous that I never have room for dessert or anything else afterwards haha. I had leftovers both times I went and each time the leftovers were enough for an entire extra meal. On top of this, the prices are relatively low. I honestly thought that the meals would be much smaller just going off of the price, but this is not the case whatsoever. You get a lot more than you expect, so come hungry!

The atmosphere is comfy and laid-back. There is a bar inside and some TVs which I generally like. It's also very spacious.

We have eaten here before and it was pretty good. So we figured togo would be good too. This was a mistake. We ordered online easily enough. When I got home the food wasn't right. I ordered tacos al pastor. My wife ordered a tamale plate. The tacos had no pineapple and I don't think it was pork. Her plate was mush and had no pico which was specifically requested. We have both worked in restaurants. Things happen. Mistakes happen. No big deal. However what really pissed me off is that when I called I was told that the tacos "do have pineapple but mine just didn't because they use a mix and I just got a scoop with none". What? Nothing was said about the missing Pico. No offer was made to make it right. Nothing. Not even a sorry. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS ONE. We probably won't be back. I'm pretty sure it was the bartender that made the order and answered my complaint call. If you are a manager and you treat customers this way you should be demoted. If a real manager reads this then you should make sure he sends complaint calls to someone qualified, that actually gives a damn about making the customer happy instead of just making...

Not impressed at all!!!! Whatever happened to customer service? We came in on a Saturday. We were seated promptly. Cannot remember the name of our waitress since there was more than one. The one that had star tattoos on her forearm was very rude. She seemed bitter (amargada) to be there. Such a shame for this restaurant to have people like this working there. Aside from her not so good expressions, our food took close to an hour to be served. I ordered fajitas that came out warm. The accompanying sides were cool. Whatever happened to sizzling fajitas? It honestly seemed as if our food had been ready a while ago and nobody came to serve it for us. The mango water tasted watered down. Two items were not what we ordered. Overall, our visit was not great and I will definitely NOT be returning to this restaurant. I have worked in customer service before and trust me you can do alot better hiring other people that can at least pretend to provide...
