Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Johns Creek

We found another hidden gem!!! We have seen signs and ads for Jeremiah's but it wasn't until yesterday that we drove by and had to stop in for a gelati. I'm so glad we did. Picture a cup full of the ultimate creamy & smooth ice cream (vanilla, chocolate or twist) made with layers of the tastiest Italian Ice around. You have over 30 flavors to choose from. I encourage you to try a new favorite like salted carmel, Pina colada, pumpkin pie, cake batter and root beer to name a few. Sprinkle in some chocolate chips, sprinkles or topping of your choice and you are in for a cool treat. Oh, I forgot to mention FREE samples!!! So there is no risk in trying something new. The service was amazing. And the dining area was neat & clean. Pro tip: Download the app and join their loyalty program. Use it on your first visit. It is generous, and you will be earning free treats fast. Your receipt will have a QR code to take you to the app store if you can't find it. There are also some sugar free options on the menu as well. Now, what are you waiting...

I frequent this shop and love their product; however, this evening I left disappointed. I walked in and paid for a medium Italian ice. I stepped to the side as the cashier took the order for a white couple behind me. I was the only person in the store in addition to the couple. I noticed that the cashier eagerly told them about promotions, etc. and then proceeded to prepare their order as I waited. Note, she never said anything to me about promotions. As the couple walked out, I proceeded to ask the cashier why their order was prepared before mine. She stated that she was sorry and that it "slipped her mind." Now if it were an honest mistake/oversight I think the business could have redeemed themselves by offering a coupon for the next visit...as a person from a minoritized group this doesn't sit...

My daughter and I came to bring my 2 year old Granddaughter. It was our 1st time and My 1st thought was to go to the one that is in Suwanee. However we came to this one . Ordered our Italian Ice (mango, Strawberry and one more flavor) online. My Daughter ordered the Oreo . When we arrived there where 2 ppl at the register. There was a red head (who may have been in training, not sure), and a dark hair young lady who fixed my order when I arrived. The red haired girl, just kind of stood there and stared the entire time as if she were afraid of us. Never smiled or said 2 words. The ice cream and Italian ice was really good. So good that I ended up ordering my husband and Oreo as well to go. I would have given a better review overall, but the ladies gave off...
