I'll start with the good. The actual pizza was ok. The rest of our experience was horrible. I came in with two hungry kids and with 45 minutes to eat before karate starts. I placed my dine-in order and tried to get drinks. The cashier said that the machine was broken, so I ordered a bottle of soda and two bottles of water. After paying for everything (and stupidly prepaying a 20% tip) I went to get our drinks. There was no water. I asked the cashier if there were bottles of water in the back. She checked and said no and that she would refund me and started pushing on the touchscreen.
We sat down at a table and I went next door to get the kids water from Burger King. I returned and sat with the kids waiting for our order. After 35 minutes, I went up to check if our order was ready. Not only was it ready, but it had been for 20 minutes and was just sitting there. The cashier marked the order as take-out and no one thought to ask why a family was just sitting there for 35 minutes.
As you can probably guess, the pizza was luke-warm by that point, but we only had 10 minutes until karate started and my kids were starving and so we wolfed it down and left. I just checked my online bank app and they did not refund me for the two bottles of water we never received.
My advice. Don't ever dine in here. They are clearly not setup to operate that way...

When I went to pick up my pizza, there was a topping missing that I paid for double portion. When I told the woman working she looked at me like it was my fault she messed up and had to remake it. No apology, no sorry for your wait when I returned to pick up my correct order . She would barely speak to me and clearly had an attitude because she didn’t want to work anymore. Well it’s about doing the job right the first time. Also, the pizza dough was undercooked the second time around! Terrible, lazy service. Read moreThe pizzas are delicious, staff seems nice, deliveries are fast, but the crew can't seem to get orders correct. Twice in one week my order was incorrect. The first time was through door dash and they made my pizza wrong. So the second time I tried ordering directly through them via phone and specified the previous problem I had and to make sure order was right. The person who took my order by phone repeated it back to me correctly, but when it arrived it was still wrong. Seems like whomever is making the food is not paying attention to detail and moving too fast. Maybe that why the deliveries are fast.
