This has have been by far the best experience I have had at Starbucks since I moved to GA in 2016. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming and Kayla made the BEST drinks we have EVER had at any Starbucks! Her personality, spirit and energy is so fitting for her position but quite frankly I believe she should be a manager because her spirit of excellence shines through. My family and I had decided we would not be going to Starbucks anymore at the beginning of the month because of the experiences we were having at our local Starbucks in Suwanee on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. The drinks are always bad in the mornings and the staff isn’t friendly. This group here at Medlock was a welcomed joy to experience and their synergy was awe inspiring. Nick was also very kind. When the employees looked at you they smiled and welcomed you in like they were happy to have us there, which was enough to brighten a day. We will definitely be coming back as long as Kayla is there making drinks and bringing joy with her bubbly spirit and smile!
Arise, shine for you light has come for the glory of the Lord. Today, I felt like I got a little taste of heaven because of Kayla, Nick and the young lady at the drive thru not to meant the demure (lol) presentation of my drink...
Read moreWorst experience ever.I’m not sure if this will make a difference in their service. It was a rainy day and i decided to purchase a coffee. The stores front door was locked and it was opened for drive through. I did not have a vehicle so I decided to walk through the drive thru so they can take my order in the turn. I walked through the drive thru and I tried placing my order and no one responded so I walked through so atleast someone will take my order. And remember it was raining. You might think what is this person doing in the drive area. There was no sign or a representative who was helping. The manager of the store declined to take my order so I left with embarrassment. I have decided that I will never ever purchase from Starbucks nor would recommend anyone. There was an other family who went through the same thing and I’m glad that I was able to help them. I mentioned they arent accepting orders if you don’t have a vehicle and I literally stayed in the drive thru area...
Read moreFirst of all I want to say I've worked in retail/healthcare all my life. Second of all, I did not come to your store to watch you work. If I am standing there (and I'm the only customer in the store) ask me what it is that I'm waiting on please. I put in a mobile order and patiently waited at the counter. No one once asked why I'm standing at the counter watching you all work. "Good morning customer... What can I help you with" goes a very long way and might be the first rule of customer service 🤔Strange... Very strange indeed. About 5 employees in the store today. I was the only customer in the store. I understand the drive thru was very long, so that's why I came in to pick up. Not one of the employees could ask why I'm standing there patiently waiting trying to stay 6 ft away from the counter. It looked very organized like each employee had their station to man, but don't forget that everyone's job should be to ASSIST THE CUSTOMER. Geez. Common sense people....
