Craft Burger offers a blend of flavors and experiences that leave much to ponder. As someone currently dedicated to a keto diet, I eagerly ventured in, ordering the Southern Grower with a double patty and no bun – a choice that perfectly aligned with my low-carb lifestyle. Pros: Walking into Craft Burger, the ambiance was an immediate draw. The interior was inviting, striking a balance between modern aesthetics and comfort. The spacious seating and tasteful decor create an atmosphere that lends itself well to casual meals and social gatherings. The highlight, though, was undoubtedly the expansive menu. My dietary choice was respected as my bun substitution for lettuce was promptly accommodated. This was a reassuring nod to the establishment's willingness to cater to individual preferences, which is always a welcome trait. Cons: However, my experience wasn't without its share of disappointments. Firstly, the cashier's oversight regarding the soda machine's maintenance was disheartening. The limited drink options of sweet tea and unsweet tea were less than ideal, leaving a gap in the overall dining experience. Transparent communication about such issues is crucial to maintain customer satisfaction. The Southern Grower, though promising on the menu, didn't fully deliver. The pimento cheese was disappointingly scant – a mere teaspoon hardly lived up to expectations. Similarly, the Pesto Cream sauce, intended to be a highlight, fell short due to its watery consistency. Most disappointingly, the burger itself failed to impress. The taste resembled basic ground beef from a grocery store, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper on each patty's exterior. Considering the restaurant's name, one would anticipate a more elevated and nuanced flavor profile, but sadly,...
Read moreUpdate Oct 2024: i hate to do this but my last visit i ordered my usual, 6pc honey lemon pepper tenders and they only gave me lemon pepper and i didnt realize until i got to work and tasted it. It was SOOOOOO SALTY. So i went and took it back and let them know it was really salty and there was no honey in sight… they took it back to the kitchen for about 7 minutes then brought it back out. At this point i had to go because i spent ny whole lunch break on this.. got back to work and it was the SAME tenders just tossed in a little honey… now cold and still SALTY! I called and the manager apologized and sent me a credit. So this week i came back to redeem my credit for my order and she didnt ask what the order was so i figured she looked in her system. She showed me the food before i left and asked did it look right and you honestly cant tell honey lemon pepper from plain lemon pepper so i said yes and left to get back to work.. got back to work and it was only lemon pepper… im disappointed as i always loved these tenders from this location but i may have to just stop ordering from here or try a different day when there is another cook available.
Original review: I always get the honey lemon pepper chicken tenders with honey mustard dipping sauce and they are great every time! These arent the frozen chicken pieces you get from cheap restaurants either, it’s real white...

I am always looking to try a new burger joint. So, I took a few minutes to peruse the menu to see which flavor combination I would like and was finally decided to build my own. I was disappointed the only option was for a basic bun. So, no wheat buns, although there was a gluten free option. I ordered a BYOB burger medium rare with an extra beef patty. I added the spring mix, pepper jack cheese, onion, jalapeno, grilled mushroom with the jalapeno mayo. I passed on the fries since they did not have crinkle cut.
This burger was so good, I wanted to slap somebody's ancestors all the way back to the beginning. It was seasoned just right and so incredibly juicy and moist. I hope this was not a fluke, because I...
