Subway — Restaurant in Johnson City

Such poor customer service. I've worked in customer service for several years and noticed right away how terrible it was at this subway. I'm not one to typically leave reviews to begin with but there's other subways close by to this one and I would strongly suggest to go to them instead. We walked in a few minutes before closing and the girl working refused to serve us because "they were closing in a couple minutes" and "I already cleaned everything". If that's the case then close at at that time and lock the door. Don't refuse customers when they walked. Not to mention the fact that she still had all the food in the trays and the only thing she would have had to "re-wash" is a knife. I won't be going back to this subway. I had the most awkward experience here today. Upon entering the restaurant I found the one and only employee sitting at a table playing on her phone. When she finally made it behind the counter she had no idea what she was doing. She talked to herself more than she did me. I assume she was under the influence of something magical. And now I cant recall if she put on gloves, god knows she didnt wash her hands. I just pray I dont end up with Hepatitis now. Way to go subways...

First time visit to a Subway for some time. Look's like this place doesn't have the $4.99 deal. For just two subs incl. tax I paid close to $20. With that price in mind I don't see the value to go to Subway. The food is just as healthy as other fast food options. The food served at this location was standard Subway quality.
