The service is horrible if you go after 4. Everyone stands around when you’re walking in with not a smile on their face as if they don’t want to be there. Jenna or whatever her name is beyond rude, she is definitely on night shift. The worse customer service ever and the company needs to sneak up on them and just get a feel for what I’ve experienced. I don’t know if they’re racist or just flat out rude but Jenna definitely appears to be racist. I went back the other day after having a situation with them to see maybe if she was having a bad day but I’m convinced she’s a racist and she knows I do not want here making my food but that did stop her from giving me the death stare the entire time. Also one of the employees dropped some lettuce and picked it up off the counter and put it back in the bowl. I said no don’t put that in the bowl and he says I wiped the counter off earlier smh. Anyways because of the energy and the constant lack of professionalism I just paid and left. I didn’t even eat the bowl but I did decide to write a review that they deserve. Corporate get in there and get them straight because trust me you’ll going to have a lawsuit on your hands with that nasty...
Read moreI’ve been to this location many times before and hadn’t been in a while so I went to get a burrito bowl . The place was absolutely disgusting! The work area where they prep your food was covered in food, and sauce. I asked for queso on my burrito bowl & their was a lid in the queso, that was probably dropped in there on accident . But instead of taking the lid out and replacing the queso with a new pan of queso since it was basically empty the worker just scooped around the lid and proceeded to put it on my food. The tables were nasty, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks! Do yourself a favor and go to Jalapeños in North Providence, it’s a small business not chain like Chipotle. You get free chips & salsa , the food is so fresh , it’s clean, and the staff...
Read moreI love Chipotle (and have been a stockholder for years), but the quality of the Atwood location seems to be declining. The serving pans are often low or out, and they seem to run out of things on occasion. Ingredients are often not strained properly (resulting in very soggy burritos), and portions are light (usually about 2/3 to 3/4 of a bowl) most of the time. I love the fresh, tasty food at Chipotle, but the Atwood location has become hit or miss. The couple of times I've ordered from the app there have been similar problems. Same story with the E. Greenwich location, but that's a small sample. I'll try to find another Chipotle location more consistent with Chipotle's typical high quality.I wish there was a Chipotle in or near...
