Taco Bell — Restaurant in Johnston

Don’t go to this Taco Bell about an hour and 20 minutes before closing I pull up am informed they have no fried options no steak no chicken basically beef is all they had then I am told to wait. I wait when she finally returns I then proceed to order 12 tacos box I hear the ppl in the background complain and even see an employee throw their arms up through the window from the drive thru. The person taking the order literally says that “they heard that order in the back and didn’t like it.” I was then told “wait I’ll see how many they can make.“ I stated it’s kinda crazy how you guys don’t close for an other hour and you’re not trying to fill my order. At that point I informed the order taker I didn’t feel comfortable even ordering at that point out of simply not trusting the employees to not spit in my order that I simply cancelled and drove away. Do better Taco Bell. I ended up driving 4 miles to the Red...

Ordered a mobile order and so did my sister and drove to come pick it up together. We arrived a little before 1030 and they sell breakfast until 11am. I went to order one more item and they said they ran out of eggs after the mobile orders. So I was like ok that's fine. I get up to the window and they tell me the customer in front of us ordered the rest of the eggs so they could only make one mobile order. And they made my sister's which was placed AFTER mine. So I would like to know why that was done number one. Also, you see the mobile orders you have and then also know the mobile orders that are already paid for are in the line waiting to pick up and you sell all of your product??? And 30 minutes before you stop selling breakfast???? That means make more!!!!!!!!!!! Will never return since your customer service is absolutely terrible. I would like someone to contact me please and I will be going...

This location has been my go to for the past decade or so. I could even say it is my favorite go to Taco Bell location in Rhode Island. That is until today….

I ordered my go to taco bell party box, hard shell tacos with no sour cream and all the toppings, INCLUDING THE TOMATOES…..

Furthermore, they charged my a whopping extra $7.20 just for including the TOMATOES!!! This is ABSURD, SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS. A single tomato at a supermaket costs way less than $7.20 and would actually properly cover every sinfle one of the 12 tacos.

Why am I saying this? Aside from the obnoxious charge for tomatoes, 2 of the tacos had no tomatoes at all, and 4 only had 2 pieces of tomato, if you even wanna call it a piece.

In other words, they overcharged me for TOMATOES and thats not even including the extra taxes they charged for that.

I will now have to go to Burger King or McDonalds since they dont CHARGE EXTRA...
