My girlfriend and I hadn't been to a Sonic in years and were super excited to try it the other night. We became even more excited when we drove up and discovered the glorious amount of frozen treats and drink combinations they now have available! However, our excitement soon turned to disappointment and frustration soon after placing our order. Our drinks were promptly brought to the car...really promptly, like a minute after placing our order. So they got points there. We then waited 5 minutes. 10 minutes. 20 minutes went by. After 30 minutes I decided to hit the red call button again to see what the deal was. The same robotic voice who spoke almost too fast for me to understand came on and said "Imsorrywe'llhaveitrightoutinaminute". We sat for another 5-10 minutes and watched the carhop go back and forth between cars and the store. After waiting after a grand total of 40 minutes for our food, she finally brought it out and apologized for the wait. Five years of working in the food service industry told me that just feeling the bottom of the box the food was in that it was old and cold. I opened it up and examined the room temperature chicken strips and soggy tater tots that sat in front of my girlfriend and I. At this point we were getting upset. After noticing that her meal did not even have the gravy sauce she ordered, my girlfriend asked for the sauce or a refund, to which the voice of the speaker informed her that they were out of, but agreed to a refund. The manager/supervisor brought out our money a few minutes later. I greeted her and waited for her to ask what the problem was...which she never did. She just began counting the money and saying "sorry about that". I started telling her the timeline of events, hoping she would return with a decent explanation of how all of this happened. Instead she offered to replace the meal, but after screwing up twice we decided to not give them a third chance and drove home. I really dislike giving totally negative reviews of a restaurant, especially being a food service worker myself. But there's no excuse for the poor quality of the food, the lack of urgency, and serious lack of customer service that we experienced tonight. not sure if it’s even worth writing a review since everyone here pretty much experience a negative experience at this specific sonic location.
But I will write one for anyone thinking of getting their sonic fill at this location.

Didn’t know that they don’t take drive in orders at certain times of the day for whatever reason they choose to say. I had to wait for a good few minutes for the person to say that they’re only doing drive thru orders right now. No apology for the inconvenience or just empathy in general.
So I went through drive thru. And no surprise that as soon as I get to the speaker box, I waited for another solid 5min for them to just say order whenever I am ready 😆 okaaayyy!
So I did, I pretty much ordered my food all in one breathe since I knew what I wanted for the past 15min I’ve had to wait to order when I first parked in the drive in spot 😂
I guess the person was surprised or something but didn’t even wanna bother to say my total at the speaker box but to just pull up to the window (even though there’s 3 cars ahead of me still 💀).
Finally got to the window and they did had everything ready (surprisingly 🤔), but they did forget to mention they were out of strawberry for milkshakes, no problem, just easily switched to Oreo. Waited another 2-3min.
After we got our order, we parked in the lot to eat. Discovered they gave us either all medium fries or all larges. I only ordered 2 large fries and one medium. Either way, the fries in the fry boxes were not even completely filled. And on top of that they gave us unsweetened tea when I’ve ordered sweet tea 😅 I had to go the front part just to wait again for them to correct their mistake and on top of that no real customer service when fixing their mistake. But I wasn’t gonna expect much at that point. I’ve honestly receive much better service at McDonald’s and Wendy’s! And it’s cheaper than Sonic! I spent $44.22 👀👀👀 might as well had sat in an actual sit in restaurant and tipped a server that would’ve given me and my family exceptional service!
If you read this far, thanks for being here and I hope you take this into consideration in being cautious about spending your money at this specific sonic location.

I made a mobile order and waited outside for over 25 minutes with no one coming outside with food for any customer. I finally went inside and the employees inside were goofing around, eating, leaning against the counter bickering and didn't have any concern for any of the customers nor when I told them how long I had been outside. They had a very take it or leave it attitude. Order screens were all beeping and flashing red for super long wait times. The car next to me has the same experience and eventually had to just leave without her food or a refund and the employees didn't care and just laughed it off. After another 10 minutes one employee handed me my food without saying anything. I asked if this was my whole order and he just said, yep. I told him we had drinks also and he just said she's working on it. Then, the person that would make our drinks said she couldn't make one of them and told us to pick something else. I asked for a refund and she said she would do it in the app - that didn't happen and I wasn't refunded. We eventually picked a different drink. When we went back outside to eat, or food order was incorrect, but it was too much of a hassle to try to deal with the employees to correct any of it, so we just ate it anyway. While we were there, we saw every customer that tried to order from a screen outside leave without placing an order, because the employees were not answering any of them. Several people left the drive up lane also without placing an order. Overall, it was a horrible experience and the location was not very busy for the amount of employees. They just didn't want to work and every customer seemed to be an inconvenience. People leaving without getting their order or not even being allowed to place an order seemed to be a common occurrence, because it didn't phase any of the employees.
