Edit for time: I wanna say this was around 12:45-1:15 in the afternoon because we were in Ebensburg by 2:15

I really wish we had a different experience here! I can see the reviews and they seem really good, so it's a bummer we didn't have that same experience. My daughter moved up to Pennsylvania about a year ago, and I drove up 17 hours to surprise visit her for her 21st birthday which was on Sunday the 5th. She wanted to find a local spot to buy her first alcoholic drink and get lunch, and since I was staying in Johnstown we decided to go check this place out. The food looked great, the photos looked great and the reviews looked good so I thought it was a pretty safe bet. We walked in and there was probably eight or nine people throughout the bar, some were at the bar some were at the tables but everybody pretty much had their drinks and food in front of them. The bartender didn't even acknowledge that we had walked in and sat down. She was mentioning to the people at the end of the bar that she was there by herself that day but again it really was not very busy. I could hear that there were DoorDash orders or pick up orders but I only saw one guy who was waiting to pick up. So we found the menus on the bar and we started looking through them making the decision what to get for the starter, and my daughter was reading over the drink list but there was no beer list I could find and none of the taps had names on them so we had no idea even what they were offering (I make it a point to try local beers and usually try to get a growler or crowler). We waited and the bartender was at the register for a bit and looked at us a couple of times and still never even acknowledged us... Not even a "hey I'll be right with you guys I'm very busy" or anything like that - she just didn't say anything to us. And then a gentleman came in from the front and sat down to the corner of the bar on the other side of my daughter's boyfriend and she went directly to him and greeted him and gave him a menu and asked him what he wanted to order. We are a little over 10 minutes in sitting at this place now, and have not been acknowledged and were not offered waters or even menus when we did sit down, I had to grab them from other patrons who had left them on the bar. So after waiting close to 15 minutes altogether and I kept looking at her and trying to get her attention. We were just completely ignored while the guy at the end of the bar and the two people at the other side who already had their food and already had their drinks were being taken care of we just decided to go ahead and leave. It was a real bummer because we wanted to check it out but were never even given the opportunity. And I don't know, every place can have a bad day or just an off day but to physically ignore us and not the other people that were also at the bar was really strange to me. I am a huge fan of microbreweries and tap rooms and tap houses and I go to them all the time so it was just a shame in my opinion. We ended up going up to Ebensburg and found an amazing spot so it worked out in the end, I just wish it would have been different at this place because we loved being across the street from the steel factory and wanted to kind of sit and experience that area...

Went here for food before a local concert. Very bright , modern interior. Has a separate bar area and outside seating. The waiter was friendly and helpful. We had a pizza to share. Others in our group had tacos. They all had something different, including fish, shrimp, beef and pork. Nobody had a complaint. All were happy with their meals. Our pizza was ok. Nothing bad about it but nothing special. Flavor was boring, crust was kinda chewy. The crabby fries were a joke. No crab you could see. Loaded with a old bay type seasoning on frozen battered fry. They were crispy if you like that type. Charging extra for "craby" fries was a bit misleading. A few things that I find a bit odd. We had a group of 9 eating. No S&P on the table. 2 pizzas were ordered, but no topping like parm or red pepper was brought or offered. The staff was great and worked hard We would go there again. I would not get a pizza or fries but that is my opinion. Others may love it. ...

We stopped in while visiting the area. We ordered two beer flights and I asked to start a tab. We were given the flights and my order was closed out by the bartender instead of a tab being started. We were sitting at the bar and were never asked if we wanted anything else despite being only a couple feet away from the bartender while we drank our flights. At least two other staff members went behind the bar to speak to the bartender and also opted out of asking if we wanted or needed anything else. I would have considered an additional pint or two, but apparently that was not available to us. Maybe we stopped in on an off-night or maybe I didn't look like a patron worthy of effort. Still, I was unimpressed by the service at the very least. I can't see ever going back if I'm in the area when I've had better service at fast food restaurants.

A few of the beers were quite good and the food smelled very good. The...
