Let me be clear; the manager at least wasn't rude and handled my refund professionally though I have worry if the underlying issue would get resolved. They need a district manager that cares about some form of standard here. The buttermilk crispy tenders I ordered were somehow slimy, dry, and burnt all at the same time. The stringy meat had some strange almost fish-like viscosity about it and the breading had the taste of oil that hasn't been changed out in months. It was horrible enough to create a personal precedence; I had never returned food as my expectations for fast food are pretty down to earth. But this was bad. Bad enough that I had to make a statement and return my meal and now post here in hopes that they'll see this and lay down some standards. But it's one of those places where they don't seem like they really care about any level of serviceable quality. The manager that knew what she was approaching me for was laughing with her employee. There seemed a lack of sincere regret/shame. Of course, laugh away. The workplace should be a happy place, but when you have a customer who was served inedible food and chicken that would have likely made me ill if I had consumed it..there should be some form of decorum.

Read moreI opened my bag to make sure I have my correct order (several times my food items were incorrect, and I never made a big issue just kindly asked to be corrected) and I notice my Medium sized fry was half the size of my son's small fry bag. The drive through worker noticed me looking and I showed her my fry, asked for it to be replaced, which she responded by telling me my fry must have spilled into the bag. I then showed her the bag with no frys in it. She said im sorry they won't replace it because your frys are spilled in the bag. So she is implying im to eat my order of frys out the bag mixed in with burgers and sandwiches (which there is no frys spilled) asked for a refund she got the manager , he gave me a small fry. Car behind me is cussing out his window honking his horn screaming i took the fry and went home. To find out that my sandwiches were wrong and not what I ordered. Read moreThe absolute worst service I have had from a McDonald’s! The Haynes st Mcdonalds use to be amazing! They have new employees who stand around not knowing how to even make an ice cream sundae, apparently. I waited 25 minutes for 3 hot fudge sundaes while several other customers were waited on and served. When going to the counter after 20 minutes and asking if there was something wrong with the machine, the girl says, “No, I just don’t know how to make them so you have to wait.” I then as politely as I can, request a refund. She tells me I will have to wait for that too because only a manager can give me a refund. Instead of asking someone to make them, she just stands there waiting on other customers and getting drinks. I finally took my upset children to the car without ice cream and without a refund as I was extremely irate. My husband goes back in and they attempt to make 3 sundaes in McFlurry cups. The employee tells my husband I left with an attitude. Gee! I wonder why?! Other customers were also upset because they had waited a long time on fries. This place is ridiculous!
