I wish I could give zero stars! I will NEVER go back to another Culvers after the way I was just treated. I used to go to Culvers four times a week since it is close and convenient to my work place. I use the same credit card every time I go yet this time was different. I was told that if my credit card did not have a chip and if I did not have cash that my business did not matter to them. For one not every credit card has a chip so I find this very hard to believe that they could not take my card. I asked to speak to a manager who was very unhelpful. I asked for the owner of the Franchise and was told no, so I asked for the number to Corporate and was told they could not help me or give me any information. I then asked how they could treat a customer so poorly and why they are refusing to give me any information. Apparently, this question was too much for the manager to handle that I was told if I did not leave, they were going to call the police. If they are going to DISCRIMINATE against the way people pay for their food, they should have signs so customers on their lunch break do not waste their time on a company like this one! Save yourself the headache hassle and spend your money at a restaurant that one does not discriminate against you and two treats you with the utmost respect!...
Read moreFirst things first. The food is very good dont get me wrong, minus them smothering the condiments on the burger. Here was a couple issues. First the yound lady gave us our card back and said they can't accept / run a card without a chip. So what do you do when you have a chip that wont run? Or like us have a card from H&R block that doesnt have a chip? I asked the young lady why she couldn't swipe it and all I got was "because i can't" okay then.. We ordered two value meals , one extra frie and cheese curds... We waited a good almost 20-25 minutes watching multiple people drive off with there orders that looked bigger then ours ( I only know that because we watched them bring it to the cars) . When another young lady brang our food to the car she had first brang it to the wrong car which, I understand things happen.. However, when she did bring it to our car she was very unpleasant. This was just last night (Tuesday Dec. 3rd) . I hope this was just a off night for them, I would suggest maybe some more teachings in customer...
Read moreMy recent visit drive-thru on March 21, 2026, at 6:32 PM. Unfortunately, when I arrived home and opened my order, I discovered that the burger was raw, and the cheese curds were cold. This was quite disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to a satisfying meal. I attempted to resolve this by calling the restaurant multiple times; however, my calls went unanswered.Out of frustration, I drove back to the location, where I spoke to the manager. While I appreciated her polite demeanor, I expressed my desire for a refund due to the poor quality of the food. She kindly refunded me $5.59 and apologized for the inconvenience. I understand that the team is comprised mainly of teenagers who may be overwhelmed during busy times and commend them for giving them valuable job opportunities. However, it is crucial to ensure that food safety and quality remain a priority for the kitchen staff. I would prefer to wait longer for my meal than receive...
