The food was terrible it was cold even though I requested that it be cooked fresh and I will wait also asked that my sandwich be cut into four pieces and it wasn't cut at all I asked for grilled onions only and I ended up with grilled and raw I am a senior and have problems with my hands so that's why I asked that they cut it because a double cheeseburger was too big for me to hold but I wasn't able to eat it anyway because it wasn't hot so I had to wait till I get all the way back to Chicago where I live by the time I got home it was so late I had to end up eating it the next day after I heated it up so I ended up hungry...

Portillos. I was very upset the lalast time I was there. It was a Friday evening about 6:15. It was very crowded due to the Covid shut down of indoor eating all of this was understood. My complaint was I got a Beef with extra beef and when I got home and opened it to my surprise it sure as heck didn't have no extra beef. And if this what you get for the extra money they will loose a customer. I didn't call because I don't think I should have had to. It shouldn't have happened in the first place.
