Very rude, first of all, they have me wait for one or another side half of the time because they can't accurately forecast and predict when their high sale volume times are, so they start cooking more food only at that time. Second of all, after going to the drive through today, they tell me "we're sorry sir, we can't serve you food". I said to them why, they said "the server here doesn't feel comfortable working with you", and I told them okay, that's nice is there someone else who is available then, they said "no, nobody here feels comfortable working with you, we'll just have to ask you to leave". Okay, I told them is there a reason why? They told me "the server (Jasmine) said that you made a comment in the drivethru the other day". Okay, I said so what did I say? "Well you are on camera talking to her", and I said that is what a customer does when ordering food, so what did I do or say then, do you have any proof that I said anything bad? They said no and can't answer me and just said that I was there and on camera. So I asked for the manager (Angie) and to explain why they cannot serve me, she says she is not sure and that I can always call corporate if I like. No need to. I will just make the complaint here and also escalate it in other ways. I don't need to beg someone to serve me food, and no need to go to a restaurant that doesn't want or need my business. Once we arrived 2 min early and they said we were too early and had to arrive at the exact time. Another time we arrived 5 min later after our pick up time (which we ordered and pick up time was 10 min later. So we arrived 15 min after ordering) and they claimed it takes 40 minutes for the system to even send them the order. The one time they had pur order on time half the order was wrong. Then the online options have been wrong before. Having items they said they didn't have and not having items we actually ordered.
