So they told me they didn’t have munchkins I ordered 10 and they tried giving me 1 donut for 10 munchkins that doesn’t add up? 3munchkins are 1.69 1 donut is 1.69 but I guess they don’t know simple math I ask for a refund they catch an attitude and tell me they can’t cause I used the app, ok then they give a bigger attitude cause I told them to give me the equal amount of donuts to munchkins which they wouldn’t When they hand me my coffee 1 it’s not even full it had a whole inch to be full 🙄 2. it’s not what I ordered so they get more mad then they got more upset I treated them the same way So when they bring me the coffee back this what it looks like (first pic) I kept telling them it was wrong lol but since it wasn’t going anywhere I just left went to a different location and they made it how it was suppose to Come here all the time and AM ppl are always nice all 3 of these evening shift ppl are a joke rude af...

We stopped here this morning while visiting our daughter and fiancee. Arrived early morning and side door was locked. The head worker who was the manager, I believe, unlocked the door & let us in. Fresh doughnuts weren't even loaded in the front case but he assured me they were ready and took our order to go. Super kind and fast service! On the way back to our vehicle, I accidentally dumped my large coffee everywhere on the floor of the vehicle. I Had to go back inside, he came to let me back in the store & replaced my spilled coffee for FREE. I was very grateful. This is a newer Dunkin location but I highly recommend going there. While placing my order he repeated everything back to me correctly. Got to the window paid, then when I advised I had 4 drinks because I ordered the peach lemonade after he advised they don't have strawberry he says "you never ordered it". When he repeated back to me at the speaker Peach lemonade refresher, ok. At the window I didn't even give me my receipt but they were more then willing to charge me for a drink that I didnt know if I paid for the first time or not because they didn't give me any of my receipts. 3rd time something goes wrong in this drive thru.
