I am a bartender in a relatively large town and I would never treat or talk to a customer the way the female bartender treated me Saturday night (9-27-25). I went up after a concert at the Forge to meet a friend. Sat down at the bar and asked for a budweiser. I was in no way pushy or rude I even told her I apologize if I somehow came off that way. She immediately got an attitude with me proceeded to cuss me out and then walk away. The male bartender came over I told him what happened but he just said he didn't witness it basically backed her which I get but her behavior and attitude was uncalled for. I will be telling everyone I know, and I know alot, not to visit this establishment. In fact I was so upset by the way a complete stranger in the service industry treated me I took time to leave a review, which i never do! Hire people who know how to interact with the public because that girl...

So Saturday December 1st, went to see Exodus at Forge, always pregame here and come after the show, a group of us. So the lady working before the show, very nice, the lady working after the show rude and unprofessional. I understand it was busy, but getting orders wrong and then rolling her eyes (literally) "oh I didn't hear you" very unapologetic and rude. Does not need to be working when it's busy. Let her work when there's no one there. I have MANY friends in the service industry and I support them all. Even at the Forge they treat me good even when it's super busy and it's slammed. Woman worked 12/31 night and was hostile towards multiple guests towards closing. Took her 30+ minutes to close out each guest and when we tried to close (and didn’t know our friend paid our tab) she screamed to get out. We still would of liked to tip our bartender. We are out of towners from Georgia and had had everyone leaving say sorry to us while they were heading out. We had positive thoughts about this place until her. 0/10 do not go there. They do not care about their guests, even if they are caring...
