Starbucks — Restaurant in Joliet

Because this Starbucks is located inside of a Jewel, I do understand that the customers are going to be a little more daffy here...but EVERY time I dare to grab coffee at this location, I wait 5x longer than if I just go to Dunkin across the street.

Last visit, I waited for minutes to place an order but eventually ended up leaving because staff abandoned making drinks to showcase a bin of clearance cups to the lady in front of me one by one. At 8:30 am, with no other staff to make coffee. After some time waiting for them to wrap it up, I noticed the employee leave to find even more cups to show this lady, and I just left.

I'm not annoyed that a customer was being helped, but I am annoyed at there is frequently one single youngster running this coffee kiosk at peak hours and really rude customers here that get away with ANYTHING they can because these kids don't know how to shut them down. I've seen some truly egarious behavior from customers here, it's not a very pleasant...

Good experience overall. I purchased a Stainless steel tumbler with a straw to replace one that is worn and was lost (they don't include a coupon for free drink anymore). We ordered and they made our drinks they washed my new cup I had to hold the top and straw my daughter's was in a paper cup. They did not call us when our order was ready. We had to check they gave my daughter her drink and the person calling out orders told me that was all and I explained and the person who took our order stepped in and corrected the situation and had my drink made.

I am a barista for Starbucks. The kiosk, was BY FAR, one of the worst I’ve seen. The barista were all in the kiosk, with no apron. There were dirty steaming pitchers everywhere and they all had a horrible attitude. If I could give lower than one star I would. They made all three of my drinks incorrectly and didn’t inform me they were out of the ingredients for three of my drinks but still charged me the price for it. I ordered three salted caramel mochas all of which, I didn’t have the salt for. That is an additional charge and I was charged for a service I didn’t receive. I hope this place gets cleaned up,...
