Worst Starbucks around. I have gone there many times. It used to be great. The last 3 times I've gone there the manager is rude to customers and staff. The drinks are terrible. My experience at Starbucks in Harrah's Joliet was unfortunately disappointing. I ordered an eggs bacon cheese sandwich, but instead of using the nearby grill, the staff reheated an old sandwich in the microwave, resulting in an overcooked and hard texture—almost like a hockey puck.
