Went in drive thru I said hello 2x before anyone said anything order 2 small chili's and a large pineapple mango drink that cost 3.99 for a large. ...asked what was in the Sun burst drink.. she said idk I have to aske my manager.... when ingot to the window 3 teenager where stand around talking... one opened the window and said... the drink had kiwi strawberry.. I said ohh no watermelon.. Then he says yes.... I saw the employee make the drink I advised her thati don't think she use enough syrup... she said well how much do you want ... I said MORE THAN 2 little drops.... she then put more and the drink was just okay.. no like the one we had the night before from a different Wendys... I asked the employee for a straw so my my mother could taste is she said what... so I repeated my self she said the straw will be in the bag one she(the other employee give you the bag) she was rude and nasty... thisbwas a light skined employee with dark hair pulled back in a pony tail with a hat on the other black female employee had alot of weave in a pink winter hat.. the tall black male had his hair in twistv... with NO hair net on the chili was Luke warm... and it WAS NOT FULL see pictures. DONT GO TO THIS WENDY ... THEY ARE RUDE AND FOOD WAS NOT EVEN HOT!...
Read moreI visited this location after placing an online order. The app stated that I would receive a "free medium fry" with a purchase. However, there must've been a glitch in the app. I figured as this was something small, that the cashier or manager would be able to honor this once I arrived when shown proof. Boy, was I wrong. The manager Cheonna had a very nasty and unprofessional demeanor. I calmly asked her why wouldn't she honor the promotion that they are offering online, she basically said it's not her problem that the app isn't working and that she has very minimal knowledge of how it works. For the love of God, it was a medium fry, I'm sure you'll eat and waste more than that hourly. I asked her if her GM would handle customers in such a way and she boldly exclaimed, "Yes"! At the very least, while the workers had time to dance and play around , I would have expected my order to be hot. I usually visit this location regularly, I however, will go out of my way to visit another location where the workers provide at the bare minimum, "good" customer service. Cheonna, the manager, needs upper management to invest basic customer service training for her. If she's the face of your company, you'll need...
Read moreI never experienced nothing but good service with all the distractions and loopholes because of construction I still felt like in the old days I felt the customer service oh honey let me tell you about their breakfast I thought I was back home in Mississippi quite a bit expensive but I don't mind so that should say something because I count my pennies the best part was I didn't get no snotty attitudes and crazy questions if something was wrong they immediately fixed it I like that and they are offering good wages to accommodate their customers during the after 10 hours I felt that showed me the core of their mission is to satisfy their customers I like that that alone will make you go back when you are on another side of town with no Wendy's it'll make you take an extra block or two or three to get that so in other words it keeps the customers coming back...
