Newk's Eatery — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I must say I ordered from the app "Jonesboro to go" and this company charges 4.99 delivery fee which is no big deal,some do and some don't.

Anyways it was my very first time ever that I tried Newk's and when I got it delivered and took a look at the size of my food is was shocked...i seen two SMALL pizzas,a small sandwich and a half salad...I payed 61.00$ (tips about 5$ included). I called to make sure they didn't messed up my order from accidentally large size to small size but still charged me for bigger...but nope... she said it was no mistake,and that my order showed the amount of 41$ at they're restaurant....ok so 5$ tip plus 5$ delivery would be more like 51$...even if the tip was more,but still something is off,but there is no telling if it's from the app or the restaurant,so I don't try to point fingers here money wise to anyone. I will try to avoid the app in the future and will go directly to bitesquad or order on the phone I guess,just like the friendly Manager recommended me to do in the future. But that is not the problem here anyways with Newk's.... Its..the food....its TINY!Lol Even for 41$,that's not a lot...I can get more food for us all from any other place. I'm from Europe and I know how very good pizza should taste like,it wasn't bad by all means but I don't think it was worth that much money. Just look at my pics and the hand you see on there is from my 14 year old daughter,just so you can compare... Also shows a large domino's pizza next to it for the exact same price. Good thing I had a free pizza available from domino's to claim,im glad I saved it for bad days lol. My visit started out strange as the set up was completely different from any eatery i had been in before, I was actually able to take my time and look through the interesting different menu options, in the end I Ordered the Newk's Cheesesteak Sandwich with a side of Coleslaw accompanied with a Fountain drink, and for dessert a slice of Lemon Cake. My friend had the Chicken Bacon Club sandwich, accompanied by a side of fresh Potato Soup and a side of Macaroni & Cheese. The staff was able to take our orders in a timely and efficient manner, even when engaged with small talk they kept a pleasantly professional attitude until they had finished with us. Now to the food, the Coleslaw was a delicate balance on crispness and tenderness that had admince bursts of flavor that danced gracefully acrossed my palate. Next, The Cheesesteak Sandwich, had the perfect amount of meat to bread ratio, the first bite literally exploded with gushes of smokey meaty flavor, grilled peppers, and creamy cheese. It was not long until I had devoured the entire entrée. Finally the Lemon cake, as I sliced into the dessert I was met with slight resistance of the moist confection. Upon taking the first bite I was met with a blast of lemony flavor, that was not to tart nor to sweet. It was the perfect ending to a delicious meal. Newk's, you have earned this 5 star review and I will be making frequent trips to your establishment unless you open a branch in Batesville, Ar then it will...

My experience at Newk's was not so great. I ordered delivery because my toddler wasn't feeling well and I didn't want to get her out. I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich and when it arrived it had no avocado on it. Also, while my chips were listed on the receipt, they were not in the bag. I could make food at home for much cheaper, but I chose to pay for service and quality. It's disappointing when you are expecting a good meal but it's obvious there was no care taken when...
